I received the Bwine F7GIM Drone very quickly with next day shipping with no issues. The shipping packaging was good and the product packaging was of high quality. The drone comes in a nice case with a handle. It provides room for two batteries, the drone (folded up), and the remote. It has a netted area in the lid for documentation, drone registration docs, a couple small cables, and spare props. I like that Bwine was responsible and explained the process of registering the drone on the FAA website "DroneZone". I have done this in the past, so it was simple for me to add this new drone, but I had to figure it on my own in the past. Please be sure to follow the rules and complete that step and learning drone piloting responsibilities. Ease of Use: I found the drone to be very easy to use. Bwine was thoughtful in providing assistance in learning the drone with small things like a fitted overlay for the remote that shows all the functions of the buttons and levers. It also assists with good functionality like returning the drone to the point of take-off when the batter is beginning to get low and provides almost completely automated landing capabilities. If you are landing on a large flat area, like an empty parking lot, the landing can be completely automated. I land on a 3' pad on grass, and due to the inherent GPS inaccuracies, I do assist the landing by either guiding the drone the last couple of feet down or moving the landing pad under where the drone is descending. It is very close in most cases - within a couple of feet. If you are a beginner and pick a nice wide-open spot, take-off and landings will not be a problem. I like the design of the drone with the "landing feet" being right below the props. That provides good stability upon landing and nearly eliminates the chances of the drone tipping over on landing (important on windy days). During my first flights I did have about a 10mph wind. The drone handled the wind very well (I didn't even put it in the "sport" mode and it still did very well). The stability of the drone and the camera gimble provide stable, quality pictures. The picture of the house is in the wind. In addition to the basic flight capabilities, I tested the Route Planning, Fly Around, and GPS Follow functions. All worked well. I included a video of the GPS Follow functionality. The drone was following me in my pickup. Bwine Mini App: I found this application very usable and straightforward to use. It provided a good interface to the camera so I could see from above and know when I wanted pictures/video. It linked to the remote with minimal effort via the cable. It is a little awkward to plug in the cable to the remote, but I found it easier to do that than configuring WiFi connections or other more technical interfacing methods. Camera: The quality of the camera was very good. I selected the highest resolution for the photo images and retrieved them from the SD card after my flights. The SD card resolutions matched what was in the Bwine Mini app (5700 x 3200 pixels). The images sent from the drone to the application/cell phone were the same quality. The video was also confirmed at 3840 x 2160 @30 sec as specified. Both were very good quality, even during flight. Battery Life: Overall, the battery life was good. I was able to run through most of the functionality tests with one charged battery, then I went up again with a new battery to test fly just for fun and take some additional pictures. I would estimate 15-20 minutes or so of flying depending on wind, camera usage, etc. The automatic return home estimates the necessary battery to return to the landing spot. I found it to be very conservative (a good thing). I went through four battery charges on the drone batteries (over two outings) and the remote charge was still at 66%. I did have a challenge finding an SD card in my available stash to work with the drone. The one that worked was a Samsung 128GB EVO card. I had some others that the drone would not recognize that were 32GB. I would recommend ordering an SD card with the drone that is FAT32 compatible and 128GB unless you have some around. The only negative I found was the screen on the remote was very difficult to see in bright sunlight. This is not a showstopper as most of the functionality is managed through the connected cell phone on the Bwine Mini application. After the drone initializes and connects to the remote, I didn't really look at the remote screen that much. In addition, the remote talks to you when key actions are underway (e.g. low battery return to home).

I’m extremely impressed with this drone! The 4K UHD camera captures sharp, vibrant photos and smooth videos, and the 3-axis gimbal does an excellent job of keeping footage stable, even when flying in light wind. The drone is easy to set up and fly, making it a great choice for both beginners and more experienced pilots. The controls are responsive, and features like GPS positioning and intelligent flight modes make capturing cinematic shots much easier. I was also impressed by the flight range and battery performance. It maintains a strong connection, flies smoothly, and gives plenty of time in the air to capture great footage before needing to recharge. The build quality feels solid and durable, and everything packs away neatly for travel. Overall, this drone offers outstanding performance, excellent image quality, and a great flying experience. If you're looking for a feature-packed 4K drone at a great value, I highly recommend this one!

If I'm being honest, I bought this drone purely for the aesthetic, but after owning an F7GB2 unit for about half a year, I can say that this drone would be worth adding to your fleet if you're a drone enthusiast such as myself. The controls respond well, no problems with WiFi connectivity, great video feed, nice range, and a decent battery life. I can't say anything about the intelligent features as I never tried them. There are a few personal cons I have for this drone, but they're all minor complaints that I'm willing to look past. •Drone's compass must be calibrated every time before takeoff •Drone descends slowly even when pushing the left stick down all the way •Camera quality can be hit-or-miss depending if you don't mind slightly grainy photos •Battery charging time can last for about 6–8 hours Though I haven't encountered any severe issues with the F7GB2, I understand that the batteries are susceptible to swelling up. That's what happened to one of my batteries recently, and it's likely because I've been storing them at full charge, and I found out the hard way that you're not supposed to do that. The manual recommends storing the batteries at 50–60% charge if the drone won't be used for a while, so don't make the same mistake I did. I contacted Bwine support last week for a replacement battery, and they were super helpful with resolving the issue. They responded to me in a timely manner, and had sent me a new battery the week after. Overall, this is a nice drone that's worth a look if you're an avid drone flyer and don't mind the few cons I listed.

I had this drone for over a year and really enjoyed using it. It flew very well, had great control, and was relatively easy to get set up and running. The camera also produced crisp, professional-looking video that exceeded my expectations. After more than a year of use, I began having an issue with the drone pairing with the remote. I contacted Bwine customer service, and they were very responsive and helpful. They quickly offered to replace the drone, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I have been very pleased with both the drone and the customer service I received.

How to start this. I window shopped for a drone for over a year and finally pulled the trigger. This is my first drone, and this is a great drone. I live in the city and I was worried about being able to find a safe place to fly it. Day one I took it out at a park and after reading the instructions and watching videos on the operations I felt confident in being able to fly it. The controls are super simple. If you ever played a gaming system you’ll do great. I was able to take off and fly with ease. This drone came with three batteries and fly time is great. With the three batteries I had well over a hrs worth of fun. The camera is great to a point. It’s super clear till you turn and the picture gets a bit distorted. I knew at this price point the camera would be better than some cheap $100 drone. But it’s not great like a $1500 drone. But for my first drone the camera is great. The system has a lot of different features that I still don’t know how to do but I’m working on it. I was able to learn how to map at a mission course and let it fly. Day 2 I flew it around my apartment complex and the buildings definitely messes with the controller . I flew it at 70 ft and worked great. The weight of the drone definitely doesn’t feel cheap. I have to admit I DID crash it once straight in to a volleyball net. I bent the blades and the camera fell off. I thought for sure I was doomed. NOPE. Replaced the blades with the blades the drone came with. The camera connected back to the drone with no issues. After small repairs, little bit of cleaning. It works great and flys just like brand new. I looked up spare parts and Amazon pretty much has all the replacement parts you would need. I bought new blades for $15 bucks. Cheap. The drone has different modes. Normal, camera mode, and sport mode. Being my first drone I was happy with normal mode. I hit that sport mode and boy let me tell you. It’s like a RC race car in the sky. This sucka flew crazy fast in my opinion. So to some it up. You should buy this drone. Super fun and gave me the bug to buy more drones.

Great drone/ This is the one to buy!! I have several and this is head and shoulders above the rest. It is so easy to fly and it takes great pictures and video. And I’ve had it in heavy winds and it is heavy enough that it remains stable. It is truly unlike any of the others that I’ve bought and the guys at Bwine customer service are the best. There’s a guy name (Kim) that is top notch at help you with anything that you may need. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this drone and this company, they are the real deal!!

I usually don’t do reviews, but this time I think I it’s a necessity. I have found a company that deserves mention. That company is Bwine Drones. I got a new drone for my birthday. Like a kid, I was ready to open my present to reveal what is inside. I opened the box carefully. It looked carefully packed. I opened the package to reveal my new drone. A brand new Bwine drone! I had flown it a couple of times. It was stable and handled the wind well. It was smooth and handled well overall. I flew it and as it was getting dark, I had to quit and wait for a better day. The second time I flew it, it handled as well as it did the first time. As expected, it was rock solid and stable. After a few minutes I noticed a problem. The camera didn’t look right. I landed it and noticed that the camera was not working. I tried several different methods that that might help. It didn’t. So, next it was time to call the company and report the problem. I called the support number. To my surprise there was an answer in just a few rings. It was a pleasant lady that sounded like she knew what she was talking about. She took me through a few methods of unlocking the camera. After a few minutes it was determined that she would be unable to help. She then gave me detailed instructions on contacting their tech support personnel. I quickly found a trouble support form and completed that. It was clear and concise. Within a few minutes I completed the form and sent it on it’s way. For my second big surprise of the day and within a few minutes I found an email in my Inbox from the Bwine company. Expecting only a verification that my report had made it to the tech support group I realized that this was a complete note that had been written by Mary in the tech support department. By the time they had contacted me she had already determined that they would have to replace the drone. I was disappointed that we couldn’t fix it then, but understood there were things they couldn’t do through email communications. I read through the note. It was from a lady named Mary. Mary was knowledgeable and very pleasant to communicate with. It was clear that they had read my note and understood how disappointed I was. All this, from initial communication to the proposed solution that they would make to replace the drone, had all happened in 30 minutes or less. That was great and I felt better already. This was great news. Every company needs to take a lesson from this and apply it to their tech support departments. This was the best news I had all day. From beginning to end was the quickest and most pleasant support I have ever experienced from any company! Plus Mary had gone to great lengths to make sure I was taken care of quickly. I don’t intend on writing a book here. I just thought I had to relate my great experience I had with Bwine tech support. As I said before, this had happened the fastest I had ever experience and Mary’s pleasant response made me almost glad I had the problem in the first place. If you are on a limb trying to decide which drone to purchase, I have to recommend the Bwine brand. You won’t regret you decision!
