This purchase was such a great quality of life improvement! Post chemo, I'm cold all the time and especially at bedtime. This mattress pad has made life so much nicer! I cover my side of the bed with my blankets and turn the heated pad on a couple hours before bed, and by the time I get in, my side of the mattress is so toasty warm! Once I get in bed I immediately turn the heat down to one of the lowest settings and set the timer for an hour. So even though I doze off pretty quickly, the heat shuts off in an hour automatically. Once or twice a night if I wake up feeling cold, I just reach over and turn the switch off and then back on, and the controller has remembered the last setting. The controller is really simple, and very easy to use. The display is not complicated; it shows you the main coverage area and the heat setting, and it shows you the foot area and heat setting. Then there is the button that sets the length of run-time. The fit was just right for the size of mattress it was ordered for. There is plenty of cord length I would think for most situations, but my controller sits right next to me on a nightstand. It has a bright blue backlight that lights on activity, but darkens after a few seconds. I just lay mine face down. This is one my more favorite purchases in a while, and I feel like it was a good value for the price.

My husband and I both love our heated mattress pad! We have a Cal King and love the separate controllers. Plus, the cord is long, so no problem reaching the outlet. We can’t feel the wires when we lay down, so very comfortable. The low heat levels are good for me, and my husband likes his side warmer. We both put our feet sections on about half hour before we go to bed, and it’s sooo cozy! I also love the auto shut off feature, because our hours vary, so we just set it to heat up until our alarm goes off. Works perfectly. I haven’t washed it yet, so I can’t say anything about that. Great buy!

The dual-zone heating is the absolute standout feature. I can keep my side warm and cozy while the other side stays cooler, which is perfect because our dog sleeps at the foot of the bed. I never have to worry about her getting too hot, and I don’t have to sacrifice my own comfort either. That balance alone makes this product worth it for us. The temperature control is precise and responsive. It heats evenly without hot spots, and it doesn’t feel overly dry or artificial like some heating products do. Just smooth, consistent warmth that makes getting into bed so much more comfortable, especially on cold nights. Another thing I love is the peace of mind. Knowing I can control each region separately means everyone in the bed....humans and pets included.....can sleep safely and comfortably. It feels thoughtfully designed for real households, not just ideal situations. If you share your bed with a partner who runs a different temperature, or with pets, as we do, this is one of those rare products that truly solves a problem rather than creating a compromise. Warm, customizable, and incredibly practical. I wouldn’t go back to a single-zone heater after this.

While on a trip about six months ago, I slept at a place with a heated mattress pad and became an instant convert. That said, for my own bed I wanted good controls, even heat distribution, soft material, and no detecting of the elements or parts when in the bed. This premium multi-zone pad ticks all the boxes and more, and I love the way I can set each side of the bed to different temperatures, including making the feet part warmer or cooler. This pad also fits pretty thick mattresses, another needed feature. The instructions were clear and easy to understand, but my critique is the same as is the case for many heated mattress pads: Cable and controls management. While it's true this one has longer cords than most I looked at before buying this one, I still think it's crazy that they require two separate AC outlets to plug it in. (All other two-side pads with individual controls seem to have this.) That's the primary reason I deducted a star, because I had to put in a power strip just to have enough outlets at the top of the bed. The other is that for reasons I don't understand, to turn it on after it's timer has expired, you have to turn it off using a slider power switch and then back on again. Pushing the soft buttons does nothing. It does retain the last used settings per side, however. As with any of these heated pads, I usually turn it on about an hour before bedtime and you should have covers or a comforter on top so that pad doesn't have to work overtime. That said though, there's nothing quite like crawling into a comfortably warm bed. So, mostly a thumbs up, but the controllers could've been better designed, and I wish the cables had been longer, both for the AC power and the controller itself.

Easily programmed, this keeps two separate zones perfectly heated in the winter. I don't heat the bedroom that much during the winter days so when I kick on the heat at night I also turn this mattress heater on and it heats the bed perfectly with different zones for the head, body and feet. Also has a timer which I have set for one hour. The pad is easily cleaned as it just zips off the top and goes into the washer. It's worked great all this winter so far. I'd recommend it.

This bed warmer mattress pad is great! My husband sleeps warmer than I do, so I wanted something with dual zones. But this goes further and offers four zones! I LOVE to turn the feet on extra warm about 30 minutes before bed and the body area for my side on a low to medium setting. I set the timer for a couple hours, and it is just perfect to crawl into and fall asleep cozy and warm. I love that it has a timer that will turn it off in the middle of the night, as I tend to get too warm as I sleep longer. My husband sets both his zones on low for just about an hour and it is perfect for him. I also really appreciate that the top zips off, making it easier to keep clean with washing. We have had this about 6 month now and feel like th quality is top notch. I initially didn't want to pay the extra for having 4 zones, but, trust me, it is SO worth it! I have several friends that plan to purchase one of these when the cooler weather hits soon. If you have any doubts, ignore them and get this mattress pad!

It works great! I spend a lot of time reading reviews, comparing different ones, and settled on this one even though it was a bit more expensive than some others. It heats up very fast. We turn it on a higher heat before bed and then turn it way down when we get in. The display is very bright, the display does go dark after you set it. I did not time how long it takes to go dark, if you need to reset it while in bed it seems very bright and you cannot adjust that so once you figure out what you like you won't have to change it in the middle of the night. I can set the feet on 2-3 and no longer need to sleep in my socks. you can set it for how many hours you want it to stay on so you won't forget to turn it off. We put another bed pad over it, one that is a bit waterproof bc our granddaughter used to pee in the bed. The warmth comes thru just fine and we don't feel the wires. I don't know if we would feel the wires if we did not have that pad on top. We have had it now for over a week. Also the cord that plugs in is at the top, we like that. I would recommend it

The first mattress pad did not work right out of the package, but a resolution was easy. The replacement is wonderful, soft and comfortable, easy to put on the mattress, and simple to use. Cord length is more than sufficient especially because the connections are at the head of the bed. Heat distribution is very even.
