This product would be 5 stars if the straw fit tightly on the nozzle (like it should) so you didn't have to tip the water bottle up to drink out of it. A little bit of examination revealed that the nozzle the straw goes on to was 7mm OD and the straw that came with it was 8mm ID making the straw to large to fit snuggly on the bottle thus causing air leaks when trying to drink water with the straw attached. After knowing this I went online and ordered a food safe silicone hose that had a ID of 6mm and just cut it to the proper length which allowed the straw to stretch over the 7mm OD nozzle on the water bottle sealing up any air leaks. The water bottle now works great and I can easily drink it without tipping up anymore. Overall I'm happy with the water bottle now but the bottle manufacturer didn't respond to my help ticket I sent them regarding this issue thus the 3 star review. This has obviously been an issue for a while reading other reviews so until they fix it this work around works great for people who "love the bottle" but "hate the straw". ... show more
