About 2/3 were 12". About 1/3 were 8-10". Smaller ones much harder to inflate and tie. If you don't mind that, these are great.

I did a balloon popping game and put prizes in them. They were sturdy and it was difficult to see what was hiding in the balloons which was the point. If you want black balloons, these are great! No issues here.
