Great gloves. The best I have found at keeping hands dry longer. I have been through many pairs and nothing is perfect but these have been the best so far at staying dry and warm. The top pockets are also great fro keeping your season pass for easy access on the lifts and you can also pop a couple of those hand warmer packets inside for extra warmth. Overall, the outside shell of the glove is great! The inside glove liner touch screen feature doesn't work well and is not the best material. I initially bought these one size too small from Patagonia but they didn't have one size bigger that I would need. So I ordered same glove, correct size, from Amazon and it fits really well! But the inner glove arrived slightly worn and the touch-screen capability doesn't work well... a part of me feels like the inner glove was used? It's hard to say but the quality doesn't seem the same as the one I returned to Patagonia. This was supposed to be new but I'm feeling a little skeptical due to the fuzz balls on the inner liner glove (that look something has from going in the dryer). I could be wrong but it is waaaay too cold outside to send these back (and too frustrating to return again). I'll just have to deal with it. ... show more

I have only used these twice, but I have to say that I love them. They are flexible and make it easy to strap in/out of my snowboard. I love the idiot straps that surprisingly, don't come with all styles of gloves. I've used them in 28 degree California weather though, so although they've kept my hands plenty warm, I cannot speak as to how my hands would feel in actual blizzard-stormy conditions. These were on sale "like new" and the price was great. I was quite disappointed though, that they did not come with the liners as noted in the description. The "like-new" listing made no mention of not including the liners, so I do feel a bit ripped off because of this. That being said, I needed the gloves and did not want to take time from our day on the mountain to shop for another pair. I own other liners, so just decided to use these with my own liners. Because of this, I cannot also speak as to the touch-screen ability of the liners. ... show more

OTHER THAN THE REASON BELOW - I loved this glove. Love the hand warmer pocket and the easy tightening straps and well as the wrist wrap. ****best feature BY FAR was the ability to use my phone with the gloves on, it was amazing I was genuinely impressed. If you're like me you want to change your music or do something on your phone without completely taking on and off your glove so I LOVED this. Definitely recommend :) The reason I have this 4 stars was that this last time I was skiing I had issues putting the outer glove over the inner glove sometimes. This would happen when I would take only the outer glove off and left the inner one and then the lining of the outer glove would get kinda funky and I wouldnt be able to slide my end fingers in easily. Solution to this was just everytime you take the outer glove off without the inner, stick your hand in one more time to make sure the lining is going into the finger holes. ... show more

    • Great Winter Gloves for Michiganders!

I bought these gloves for outdoor activities in Michigan - I've worn them snowboarding and to clear snow as well as just being outdoors in general. I originally bought the extra smalls and had to trade them in for smalls. I do have small hands and the fingers felt great in the extra smalls but they didn't feel right from the palm to the wrist. The smalls fit much better while still being tight enough to not slip or let the cold in. The wrist straps were a great feature and I love how easy they are to tighten and loosen all of the straps on the gloves. My hands never got cold even after spending a full day learning to snowboard (which meant a lot of time using them to catch myself and push myself up out of the snow). Ok, so I'm gonna say I haven't used these in the snow or cold. I live in South Carolina where it rarely snows, but a couple of times a year, but I got tired of not having the proper gear to be comfortable in snow, so I can actually play outside with my kids. I bought these, and have no idea when I'll get to test in the snow. I'm mainly giving a 5 start review based on how nice these look. I also like the removable liner. The fact that you can use these gloves with your cell phone is pretty awesome too. I wish it worked with the liners as well. Now most importantly, these gloves actually for my hands! I have very petite hands. Think child hands. They are short, but kinda wide. These size smalls fit my hand almost to a T. The liner fit the best (almost perfectly), and the glove fit pretty good. Little on the long side, but it's about what I expected. All in all, I'm quite impressed with these, and haven't even used them yet, but I imagine I'll be toasty warm when the snow actually comes. ... show more
