Description

The life of a glove is not easy. More than any other part of your riding kit, gloves have the most contact with the elements. With that in mind, the Burton team chooses the women's bestselling Burton GORE-TEX Glove + Gore warm technology. DRYRIDE 2L fabric, and a GUARANTEED TO KEEP YOU DRY GORE-TEX membrane protect this Thermacore insulated glove from the worst weather conditions. Screen Grab synthetic leather gives you stealth touchscreen control with any finger. A removable four-way stretch fleece liner dries quickly and gives you options for any weather. Wear just the liner when shoveling, just the shell in sloppy spring conditions, or combine the two for total midwinter warmth and comfort.

  • Poor quality
Really disappointed in this product. Got these as a gift in August for my birthday. Finally got to break them out for the first time today to shovel snow and when I got inside, noticed the palms were all ripped up. They’re super warm and cozy, but the leather on the palms must break down really easily. This was the first time I’d worn them. Maybe I just got a defective pair? I’ve always known Burton to make awesome winter gear. I’m so sad :( ... show more

  • Chicago winter + These gloves = No Reynauds symptoms!
Color: True Black Size: Small
These gloves keep my fingers happy. I recently transferred from Hawaii to the Chicago area and found out that I have Reynauds syndrome. These gloves keep the circulation going in my fingers, and I only need the inserts if it's going to be below 20-30 degrees. The touch capability is really a necessity with these, since they are so thick I have to take them off to do much of anything. I would never be able to dig for my keys with them on, but the touch capability lets me use the keyless entry on my car and keep my fingers toasty. Sizing seemed a little off to me; I measured my hands per the instructions and was squarely in the "Small" range, but they felt way too big when they arrived. I ended up with an X-Small and am much happier. Overall...highly recommended, especially if you have to deal with your fingers freezing up sporadically any time it gets below 50 degrees. ... show more

  • Worth the money
Color: True Black Size: Large
These gloves are definitely higher quality than less expensive ones. In particular, the material on the palm is really nice and there's a fancy cinch on the wrists that allows you to tighten them so snow or cold air doesn't get in. The small pockets on the back of each glove are also a nice touch - big enough to fit a key, credit card and a license. I rated them "somewhat small" because I find the fingers to be rather stubby, relative to the overall size of these gloves. But I wear a size 8 and got a large and they fit just fine. The liner gloves are really nice too! I can easily imagine myself wearing them by themselves in the fall. Not only will they keep out a chill, but they're really attractive. The bumps on the palm and fingers that make them grippy are actually really pretty; I can imagine myself wearing the gloves upside down and showing off the pretty sparkly "backs." Neither the outer or inner gloves work on a smartphone though. You have to take your gloves off to work a touchscreen. ... show more

  • Luv em!
Color: True Black Size: Large
I live in WI and the winters are brutal. Temps reaching well below zero and I've been searching for gloves that will keep my hands warm. Most of the pairs of gloves I bought previously just didn't do the job and got damp from my hands sweating, and my fingers stayed cold. These gloves are well made! They fit just right, and no more cold hands. Ladies, if you are debating about getting these gloves, my reply to that.....spend the money, you'll be glad you did! Well worth every single penny!!!!! ... show more

  • Ridiculously large palm + finger dimensions (bad for snow activities requiring good dexterity)
Color: True Black New Size: Large
I know the circumference of my hand, but these were huge when trying them on. My husband got these too (from another seller though). We both agreed that while the circumference of the palm (right below the knuckle) was correct - the finger width is overly large. This definitely couldn't be good for dexterity. The fingers were so bulky and thick (I couldn't imagine myself having a good grip on something as simple as a hiking pole). Maybe if you're just going for a stroll or basic hike, these would keep you warm, but compared to the Northface Montana Gloves (which run small)...the North Face Montana Glove at least offer more range of motion with the fingers (especially index and thumbs). Had to return. ... show more

  • Second time buying Burton! Favorite brand.
Color: Port Royal Heather New Size: Small
I had a pair of near identical Burton gloves for almost 10 years that I used when it snowed and for skiing and when it came time to throw them out, I knew I wanted to get another of the same! They feel great, very warm. The material of the grip on the outside-palm area is a bit different than my last pair, so I’m interested to see if it lasts quite as long as my previous pair. If you care about color, I would note that these are a much darker, almost maroon color, and not the bright, vibrant red that’s pictured. I personally don’t care about color, so it doesn’t bother me. ... show more

  • Great Winter Gloves for Michiganders!
Color: True Black New Size: Small
I bought these gloves for outdoor activities in Michigan - I've worn them snowboarding and to clear snow as well as just being outdoors in general. I originally bought the extra smalls and had to trade them in for smalls. I do have small hands and the fingers felt great in the extra smalls but they didn't feel right from the palm to the wrist. The smalls fit much better while still being tight enough to not slip or let the cold in. The wrist straps were a great feature and I love how easy they are to tighten and loosen all of the straps on the gloves. My hands never got cold even after spending a full day learning to snowboard (which meant a lot of time using them to catch myself and push myself up out of the snow). I highly recommend these! ... show more

  • Awesome
Color: True Black New Size: Medium
Right out of the box you can tell that these gloves are very high quality. They have great little details, small storage space for credit cards or keys, and seem like they are going to keep my hands very warm. I’m constantly taking my gloves on and off while I’m on the slopes, so having that inner liner is a big plus to be able to use my phone and whatnot, while still having my hands protected from the cold. Like them a lot! ... show more
