I'm updating my previous review to reflect the positive steps the merchant took to address my concerns. Initially, I was frustrated by the lack of shipping information, because Amazon never provided the shipping information for the mattresses, only the bunk bed. However, the direct merchant reached out to me directly and provided all the necessary details. They also gave me a $50 refund for the inconvenience, which I appreciate. The owner of the company even reached out to me personally to provide the information needed. Who does that? I've since received the bunk bed and found the assembly instructions to be very clear and easy to follow. While I did need some assistance during the assembly process, the straightforward instructions made it much easier. Please be aware that the box is a bit heavy. If you’re petite like me, you may need help with the box the frame comes in. Plus, the mattresses are surprisingly comfortable. Also, it doesn’t make much noise at all. Overall, I'm satisfied with the resolution and the quality of the bunk bed. I appreciate the merchant's responsiveness and willingness to make things right.

Bought this for a guest room that cannot fit two twin beds. The only reason it is not getting five stars is my failure to anticipate the difficulty of making these beds, not the fault of the manufacturer! It does take two people to put it together, but it’s attractive, sturdy, comfortable, and a bargain. The directions are clear and the four hours it took to put it together (mostly one person ‘til I called for help) were worth it.

Cheap, very cheap. Pieces came off that weren't supposed to. Some screws wouldn't go in. 3 screws stripped simple buy gently turning them into designated hole. Shakes badly after being assemble. If I didn't have a bad back I would return it. I can't carry 80 pounds to return the item. Recommend staying away. I fix electronics and assemble stuff often. I am a handy man, So no gap or lack of experience or understand on my behalf. Item just cheap. Worried about kids safety on this. Also there were scratches all over out the box. Question if it was even new. As pictured you can see one of the holes that holds the screw just came out no way of repairing.

The media could not be loaded. The bunk beds come with Easy to follow instructions, which allows for ease of assembly, they are very sturdy no shaking or bowing when my husband or kids play on them, the height is perfect if you have a smaller room to still have room to sleep on top bunk. The bed it's is on the heavier side but the build quality is very durable. It can hold up to 400 lbs according to description but I think it could hold more my mom, me and kids have sat on the bottom bunk with no give. It also looks very nice.
