I dropped the 45lb weight 12 inches above solid concrete and it bearly made a sound and no damage to the weight or concrete. All the weights are all the same height. 10lbs are the same heighth as the 45lbs.

I will start by saying I bought a set of these bumper plates not once but twice. The first time was for my home gym at my full time home. I was so impressed with the look and durability of the product that I purchased them again for my home gym at my summer house. Sadly though, the second time around FED-EX delivered my package to the wrong address. I reached out to the Zoomster team and explained the situation, they shipped me out a new set immediately. Not only are these bumper plates worth every penny but you definitely can't beat their quality customer service!!! TEN STARS for sure!!!!

These are very nice. High quality. Yes, the rubber smell is strong, but it's not a big deal. And, yes, there's a thin layer of oil. But the plates would be dingy when you received them if they didn't do this. Matter of fact, I will likely reapply a thin layer of lightweight synthetic oil periodically to keep their lustre. Don't use a petroleum based oil/lube; it'll degrade the rubber. I bought the 160 lb set because it was free shipping. However, this isn't nearly enough weight. I'm holding off on buying more because I've knocked a good-sized hole in my wallet buying home gym equipment recently. I really need to add the 370 lb set, but gadzooks. Six hundred plus shipping.
