Because of sz & even distribution of "weight)" as shown in my video I use both @ the same time & u still don't feel the "20" lbs!! This means if u were a "10 lb" lifter, for instance ...(in my opinion) U can lift these together, gain faster results w/o feeling the extra weight due to sz vs. even distribution!! Genius!!!!🏋🏽♀️💪🏼🤸🏽♀️ Btw.....that side to side I used to do in the gym, now with these bumpers I can do it at home 🤭....Amazon's always throwing in something new & I appreciate it....all of my equipment is theirs && I gym at home && I owe my current results to all the equipment I've reviewed💪🏼 I started at 175 lbs. I got these as my very first bumper plates. I have used them before, but didn't have any of my own. I got them so my wife could use them for some of her exercises, to make it easier for her to perform. They are sturdy, and sizing is perfect! I will be looking forward to adding additional bumper plates to my collection!

Always a bit skeptical about brands I haven’t heard of before, but these plates are really well made. The weight is very accurate and the plates are identical with no flaws seen. The paint color is fairly dull and doesn’t “pop”, but other than that, they have a nice feel and are easy to grasp and slide in the bar. They have a metal inner ring, which protects the paint and allows for them to slide on and off the bar easily. I would definitely recommend these plates for a home gym.

The weights came undamaged. I was surprised to see the box too big which is never the case with weights. After opening the box, I saw two oversized weights that are not like the others I bought in the past. First of all, the circle is about 20-30% bigger than regular ones. Secondly, it seems as it's not made of regular iron used for weights. The center of the weights is some kind of metal. All around is rubber. The center diameter is 2" so it does fit regular olympic barbell. It is not good at all for biceps barbells or hand barbells since it is too big. I did not weigh them but in mu opinion i believe each is 10lbs heavy. It is something new to me and did not really expect 10lbs to be bigger than usual weights with unknown material from inside.

A few comments: --the 10 lb. pair is approximately a large 450mm/18" in diameter, which I think is fairly standard for bumper plates with metal rings in the center but larger than the roughly 230mm/9" for some other 10 lb. plates, so take this into account if you want a smaller plate --the manufacturer's name is not in raised letters (the weight numbers are), which suggests the same weights are being offered by other sellers who don't have the volume and don't want to go to the expense of having letters that are raised on the rubber --the rubber smell is quite mild and I would expect it to mostly dissipate after several months

Rare is the person who enjoys blowing their bank on expensive bumper plates. These HANDBODE plates are not for that person, but rather for everyone else. These plates get the job done, and they do it at a great price. The beveled steel insert is not going to give you competition-plate security, of course, but it's the same design that the more expensive brands use for their bumper plates. I've found them to be just the right balance between quality and cost-effectiveness. They're made of durable, high-density virgin rubber that's tough yet quiet when dropped! The color-coding is super helpful for quickly grabbing the weight I need without fumbling around. If you're not trying to break world records but still want reliable gear for your squats, deads, and sleds, these plates are definitely worth considering.

These feel pretty accurate, and I love that they are the traditional size plate. It is consistent with the other plates that I have. Being a lighter weight, these are pretty thin, so don't be that guy that complains about bending when you drop them on the ground. They are meant to be used with other weights, as they support each other's structure. These did come greasy in the plastic sleeve, but that might have been on purpose for aridity or humidity reasons, but I'm not sure. They slide on to my barbell nicely, and I have no complaints!

Durable and easy to use Olympic weights. Great for home gym as rubber is firm but isn't as load or damaging as the rubber plates. The color of these pops and makes it easy to recognize weight size amongst my other plates. Definitely holds its shape and form well.
