I love this fountain. It looks beautiful and sounds so peaceful. I lowered the pump to 1/2 way because it is quite strong when fully opened and splashes a bit. The led light is beautiful at night. I added real plants on top and on the side to hide the plugs. The instructions to put it together was a bit tricky but I figured it out.

So to start, it’s a pretty thing to look at and adds great ambiance when it’s working well. After a month, the led’s started going out. Then, if you don’t put a treatment in the water, the sponge-like material that the water pours from grows algae and backs up the top bowl leading to overflowing. This sponge screen is not removable to clean as it’s glued in. Also if you put too much water in, it seems to leak from underneath somewhere. Just not worth the hassle at this price.

I purchased this fountain for my home to use indoors, as I work a stressful remote job and this has made my stress levels decrease SO much. It helps me sleep at night as well! It’s pretty heavy but definitely seems to be good quality, I had some challenges with splashing at first, I had to learn to fill it with enough water to prevent splash back, the light is just perfect for me at night I like to leave it on unless I am not home helps the humidity in my house too for my plants!

This fountain is really solid looking, has a great sound and seems to be holding up well. We’ve had it installed for over a month now and we’ve had hail storms, heavy rains and lots of fall leaf drop.. it’s been really reliable and less hassle to maintain than other fountains we have..

I love the look of this fountain. The problem I have is that water is constantly leaking out in two places. One, water runs down the wires in the back. Second, when there's not a high flow coming out of the top of the fountain then it kind of just dribbles down underneath the spout and down the front of the fountain. I have tried many things to keep this from happening and I would never buy this again.

Easy assembly, however we misunderstood the directions on how to turn the pump on full force. A bit of angst and thoughts of returning due to the lack of flow. However when we turned the dial to line up horizontally it was fantastic! Hate to admit it and it was totally our bad! The videos presented by the other reviews were super helpful in seeing how it should function.

It keeps leaking water somewhere. I’ve recoated the whole bottom twice with flex coat and it still leaks. For that kind of money I shouldn’t have this problem. Can’t return it. No quality control at all. Never buy one.

The media could not be loaded. It arrived quickly, 5 days sooner than expected though it shipped from SoCal and I live in NorCal. Item itself isn’t heavy. I’m a 37 y.o. female and was able to assemble it all by myself even tho directions were a little unclear. Pleased with the fountain, but it looks like really tiny against my house. I think I’ll keep it though and just find things to add around it. It’s only the first day so hoping it’ll last awhile!
