We’ve only had the fountain 3 months and yesterday I noticed it wasn’t working. The water level was low which was odd because I had just filled it the day before. It was only pumping water through one side and then it just stopped. The back is a solid piece so I can’t see what is causing the issue. We can’t return it so now we’re stuck with a $300 fountain that does not work. We’re very disappointed because it is very beautiful and enjoyed having it at our front door. I would certainly recommend you not purchase one of these!

The media could not be loaded. I love this fountain. It’s so pretty. It’s so chic looking and it sounds great. I love the lights. It looks so elegant. I love it. The only problem was it did come cracked so make sure to check your product up before you throw the box out.

got Fountain on 05/07 got it set two weeks later work great until about three days ago Noticed the water was tricking out it was not the flow it had been So I looked and the water level was low and I typically add water everyday I filled it up next day it was low again So today I filled it 2 hours is low almost empty I don't see any damage or cracks the pump is working fine Would you know why this would happen I love the Fountain so disappointed

Love this water fountain, it brings the perfect calming water element to our back yard. The size is just right and the lights provide and additional ambiance to the whole vibe.

Love this! We had it for a few days and then the bump broke, but the seller was WONDERFUL and sent us another one and now it works wonderfully - It is an outside fountain for sure - We use it quite often and I would recommend if wanting to drown out some noises which we use it for and so soothing - For sure a lovely addition!

After 1 month I had to replace the hose splitter because the included one was cheap and kept blowing the hoses off the connectors. Found one that actually had barbed connectors which worked. After 2 months we noticed we always had to keep filling this thing back up. It has a leak somewhere. After a year we're ready to throw this thing in the trash. It leaks from multiple places, places I didn't even thing water existed inside of it. This thing is terrible quality. Do not buy.
