This is a great moisturizing conditioner and a little goes a long way. I live in Southwest Florida where the water is very hard and this conditioner was a life saver! It is also free from many irritating chemicals , which is necessary for my sensitive skin. You can apply it quickly in the shower or leave it in longer for deep conditioning.
