I have repurchased this Bulletproof MCT oil many times because I won’t start my day without it! I take 2 tsp (max dosage is 1TBSP) in my morning coffee and it helps me feel more focused and energized than just plain coffee. I don’t take Bulletproof MCT oil just for keto effects, but I also notice a positive effect on my brain! I can always tell when I’ve had coffee without it! There’s really no smell or taste and using a small whisk it blends well into my coffee. I’ve also used it in protein shakes and I like it that way too. I’ve had no stomach upset or issues. I think you need to figure out the dose that works best for you and gradually increase as tolerated. It’s very easy to use, super high quality and a great value for the price! I always buy the largest bottle as it is the most cost-effective. The expiration date is about 3 years out so this product stays fresh a long time. I also like that it’s got a safety seal.
