Confusing to me

I wish it gave some kind of conversion as far as measurement goes. For example like one eighth of a teaspoon or something. Having a hard time finding a scale that measures milligrams so I can use this product safely.

Wonderful form to use

I kept getting anemic and taking a pill(s) which only upset my GUT. Finally, this is a great powder that I can put into my daily protein drink a little or as much as my body can handle. While obtaining great benefits each week and month as I continue to work on my health issues. If you don't measure appropriately, you can literally kill yourself.

Don't do what I did and add to a smoothie without measuring. I ended up in the ER with Iron poisoning. The serving size is tiny and there is no reason to sell this in bulk.

I was taking tablets but it looks like my body didn't absorb them. I went online and found the powder version I needed. I am glad I bought it not only my body is absorbing the powder version but I was expecting an horrible taste. It wasn't so, I am mixing with orange juice the taste is pretty good. Not What I Expected

The product is very finely ground, akin to powder, so I think it would work better if it were added to smoothies instead of mixing it with water or other liquid.
