I have 3 Sifely locks and have been very satisfied with them. They are easy to program and flexible, such that you can setup a onetime passcode. I have them set to automatically lock each evening. The locks have been solid and reliable. I don't use the fingerprint feature or the physical keys but I do often open the lock via the app. I bought the Gateway with the first 2 locks and the latest one uses WiFi. The range of the Gateway is limited and only covers on of the locks. I would recommend these locks. ... show more

This lock works great. Easy to set up. I love that I can connect my app and see who and when it was used. Works great in cold temperatures my lock would malfunction during cold temperatures.

This is a very good product so far. My only reason for not giving it 5 star is one of the four batteries popped out thus the door didn’t lock. Also the battery cover pops off at times. I placed tape on the top of to prevent the cover from accidentally opening. The WiFi and the app works great. Other than the two aforementioned issues the works great. Note if you do not close the door completely the lock will not engage. If this happens you will not receive a message that the door is not locked. ... show more

For the price a good lock. Works with google no hub required! Best part. Have to revse deadbolt and lock to fit correctly. Instructions easy to follow . Hardest part getting the ap would scan the bar code ! Had to do some extra work but got it registered and working.

This is my second time Sifely lock, it looks very high end, and feels on hands very heavy, very good quantity, I installed it very fast because this is my second time to install it, you can do it yourself within 15 minutes with a screwdriver, download the app and connect the WiFi easy and simple, but the WiFi must be the 2.4GHz, I am using it very conveniently now, first time of my purchase, I don’t know how to reset my main password, I contacted the customer service, a lady gave me very helpful and friendly support, I don’t have any complaints about this item. ... show more

    • Works good localy over Bluethooth, but unreliable WiFi for remote control over internet.

Works as expected, except WiFi - not connecting if you have long sophisticated secure WiFi password or if you get it to connect with simplified password it won't stay connected for long... Although shows connected in the app it doesn't communicate with the lock so no remote control... 3 stars for the excellent customer support though!!! They are really trying to help. Sent me G2 gateway with no charge which didn't help, same unreliable performance... Stay away from all these chinese TTlock based smart locks on the market if you really need remote control over the internet. ... show more
