Previously owned the Bugani M83 which I purchased a couple years ago and was blown away with the product to price point, but most importantly the accuracy of the features are true and not exaggerated when it comes to clarity, deepness of the bass and overall sound quality. The M118 checked all the same boxes as the M83 for myself but was pleasantly surprised by the new features put into this model. For starters, there isn't anything overwhelming, but there is certainly a noticeable difference with the loudness that the 70W offered vs. the M83's 50W. It's not stated as of yet in the description that the M118 actually does not use a micro-usb cord, but rather uses a micro-usb C cord to charge and the box includes a fair length USB C cord inside along with the 3.5mm aux cord for hard wiring your devices in if you prefer that option. When I purchased this on April 6, 2022 there was a $25 coupon offering that accompanied the purchase price of $79.99. Essentially paying $55 + the taxes kept this purchase hovering in the $60 range and I would challenge any other company to offer an equivalent product at that price point. I'm sure the audiophiles out there will always have a reason to pick apart any product, but at this price point picking apart anything the M118 offers is straight arrogance in my humble opinion. This speaker offers all that it says it does and is beyond the quality that your average music lover will say is not plainly put as an Absolute Great Value in the world of BT speakers. The M118 shouldn't be and ai doubt it would be left any audio system reviewers top 10 list when it comes to speakers offered for less the $100 price point. I am a paying customer that was offered no incentive to write this review and have done so because the product deserves the praise for what it is. The first thing to appreciate is that the startup and shutdown tune that a user has to hear over and over and over, is the least annoying that i have encountered so far. The construction is sturdy. The battery easily lasts all day for me listening a majority of the time at about 75% volume. Plenty of sound while driving around a super rattly box van. It responds well to equalizer adjustments from my music app. Consistently connects to my phone without hassle. It has a very nice rubber seal over the plug ports. This speaker is the nicest i have had out of about 7 different bt speakers. it is the biggest in size, but solid, for good sound.

Not paid nor compensated in any way for this review. That said: Audio engineer by trade, multiple self produced records released over a 40 year span. (Both self released and large studios) I needed a water resistant speaker for work around the property. (I live in a rainforest) Way better sounding/feeling than I was hoping for. This little bugger can get nice and loud, mid bass response outstanding. No, your guts will not rattle like 120hz, but it's portable. Exceeded my expectations. I can hear it though acres away. Added bonus, almost identical form factor as one of my old boom boxes from the 80s. I used to carry that thing all over the city, felt good in the arm with speakers faced at my face. I finally get to do that again. At the sale price it's a no-brainer. At the retail price it's still a good deal. I'm only in my first few days so I'll update this review if any cons popup, but if this review is unedited, my words stand. (I won't stand for a crappy product. We live in a world of crappy products and I don't need another one. Pros: Sound quality Volume Water resistant Form factor Nice feeling unit in the hands, good weight Multiple inputs. Yeah, I'm taking the electric acoustic out to sit by the creek one day and play for the salmon. I’ve had lots of different Bluetooth speakers at this price range before and this Bugani speaker is worth it’s weight in gold! The highlight for me is the deep bass and the great mids that these drivers produce. I like the fact that it has a handle and you can take it anywhere, and the battery life lasts a long time, there are others out there that are smaller, but this is a solid choice if you want that boom box style! Excellent!

Without ANY doubt this BLOWS AWAY ANY of my other units {JBL SONY, W-KING } POWERFUL BASS, Crystal Clear Treble with ZERO distortion..... WOW !!!
