BEST Bluetooth speaker for the money, it outperforms every $60-100 speaker I've previously had. Sound quality is very clear, bass sounds good and is balanced, and the battery lasts just as long as you'd hope it would. Upon taking the speaker apart fully to paint it (and out of curiosity) I can verify that the battery is 4000mAh - Bugani is not claiming good battery life for nothing, the speaker seems to use that 4000mAh extremely efficiently! Side note - if you want to upgrade the battery, you could wire vape batteries in parallel and it *should* work perfectly! You'd just need to figure out a way to secure them inside of the box. (Please do not do this if you aren't familiar) The speakers, I can verify, are each 15 watts max at 4 ohms, so 30 watts max output seems to be accurate! They appear to be pretty cheaply made, but when in this speaker box (with the passive radiator on the back) they work impressively well, and sound excellent, especially for the price. The passive radiator ABSOLUTELY makes a difference in the bass. I'd categorize the bass as "balanced"; not excessive, but it certainly isn't lacking. I'd recommend using an equalizer to tune the sound to your taste, but the speakers+passive radiator are great. I wouldn't change a thing about this product, except maybe the color (obviously lol). Buy it. The reviews don't lie.

I have had this thing for at least 2 or 3 years. Its been so solid I came back to give it a second review for you guys. It thumps for hours year after year. Dont go wrong with another bluetooth speaker, spend the money to get this bad girl!

Edit 7-3-21 For the price and size it's a great speaker in most situations. The constant beeping after 30% battery is annoying. Even when charging at low volume it still cuts out to beep and the battery life isn't too great at full volume. Overall still like this unit and customer service is amazing, but if these issues are a problem for you I would look to spend more money on their other models. Perhaps they rectify the issues I mentioned. I still think 3-4 stars is where this unit fluctuates. Definitely better than average, but not great. If it lasted a little longer and didn't beep it's a solid 4-4.5. Original review The manufacturer boasts big bass in this unit. It is good don't get me wrong, but it's not gonna thump the ground, it's all pretty balanced. I'm not huge on bass other than clean, but sometimes it's nice in certain genres. Obviously those would be rap/hip hop and EDM. Personally I think the soundstage on this things pretty good for it's price point. It has outperformed all my many units I've collected over the years, the only caveat is the battery. The life isn't awful by any means, but you're looking at closer to 5-6 hours especially if you're listening at it's max volume. The volume is pretty good, but again depending on your needs it may be lacking for certain areas. Overall I enjoy this speaker and customer service is amazing from this company. I had a unit that was dying out pretty quickly and they sent a replacement very quickly. Is it the best on the market? Probably not, but it's great for what you're spending and I'd implore you to find a better unit for under $50. Highly doubt it exists.

The average person is going to love this. It's easy to use, connects and holds a charge well, gets plenty loud without distorting, and offers clear, balanced sound in true stereo (not mono like some cheap bluetooth speakers) with high and low frequencies that are neither lacking nor over-emphasized. If you are looking for something small and lightweight enough to throw in a backpack with some other belongings, however, this is NOT the choice for you; it is bulky and has some weight. That's the payoff for better sound than the little guys. For those of us who make a habit of paying a little more attention to sound (dare I say "audiophiles") this should satisfy your expectations for a speaker under $40. In fact, I might even say it's the best bluetooth speaker I've heard in this price range. The only reason I say that with reservation is because it does one silly thing, which is that it seems to add dynamic compression to everything it plays at all volumes. It's not noticeable if you're listening to pre-1990s recordings which tended to be mastered with more headroom, but it definitely is noticeable on more modern recordings or louder remasters of old recordings. My advice to Bugani would be to lose the compression at lower volume levels and save it for the higher levels. Despite this annoyance, I didn't have the heart to knock a full star off since it really does deliver for a speaker under $40. Consider this a 4.5 star review.
