This comes vacuum packed very small in an attractive branded packaging, but instantly starts to fluff up upon opening. At first, I was impressed with the squishiness of the pillow, but as the day went on it became a bit too puffy and firm for using under my head - even though I’m a side sleeper. That said, I generally prefer a very squishy and lower pillow (my go to is a Japanese size kapok pillow, which is very small and moldable). However, it’s impressive how cool to the touch this pillow stays and feels. I also highly appreciate the purity certifications and the quality of the stitching and pillow overall. I feel like this pillow is built to last and I’m still happy with it now that I’ve found a more comfortable use for it. I am pregnant and this is the perfect size and feel pillow for using in between my legs while sleeping. If you prefer a puffier pillow, this is the right one for you - or if you’re looking for a comfortable pillow that keeps cool through the night, then this is a great fit! I like this pillow. It’s not too hard and not too soft. I would put it in the mid-range between the two. It provides just the right amount of firmness for me. This is a cooling pillow. One side has a non-cloth material that is cool to touch. The other side of the pillow is soft cloth material that is not cold. This means you can still use this pillow during the winter as well. I like that the pillowcase I washable and removable. I also like that this is a more ecofriendly pillow. It’s not very heavy. At least not compared to the Tempur-Pedic pillow I have, that’s to stiff. The is a good quality pillow. I will say, it did take around a day or so for it to be fully expanded. I am very happy with this pillow. It is a bit pricy, but you shouldn't skimp on comfort when it comes to sleep. Good quality sleep is important to your health. ... show more

I sleep better with this pillow, but I don’t find it to be as “ice cold” as the description claims. It works, but it warms up after a while and I have to flip it over. It has helped improve my sleep overall. The filling is a bit on the higher side, but I still sleep comfortably. It also has a nice feel and good support. I’m absolutely obsessed with this pillow. It’s the perfect mix of soft and supportive. It’s plush enough to feel cozy, but firm enough to actually hold its shape and keep my neck comfortable all night. The fill is perfect, not too thick or flat, and one side has this amazing cooling material that somehow stays cool no matter how long I lay on it. Okay so I've been using this for a while now and I absolutely love it, while pretty comparable to a lot of memory foam pillows this one is much cooler to use and fluffier than others I've had, it doesn't feel like a foam brick like some do. The only problem I had was a strange chemical smell right after opening it, but it went away within 24 hours and I assume it's just the new foam smell. ... show more

Very good quality pillow that feels sturdy and well made. It’s quite heavy but very comfortable, and the cooling effect really works, staying cool throughout the night. I like that it’s adjustable, so I removed some of the filling to get the perfect height. It didn’t need to go in the dryer to fluff up, just leaving it out of the bag for a couple of hours worked great.
