    • Tastes good but didn't do much
First off I would like to say people need to stop complaining about a "half filled container". You are buying the product for the number of servings, it does not matter how empty or full the container is. If you get the correct number of servings that is what you are paying for, and if they gave you a full container you would lose powder when you broke the seal due to the pressure release, and you would lose powder when you dug around for the scooper, so the less full as long as you get the correct number of servings the better because it prevents losing and wasting powder. Now I had high hopes for this preworkout because it seemed like a quality product with good caffeine and beta alanine amounts for what I like, but I honestly just feel like I am drinking grape koolaid and then going to workout. It tastes good and mixes extremely well, but I feel nothing, no tingles which I like to get some tingles but not to the point my face feels like its on fire, no real energy boost, no focus, literally I could drink grape koolaid and get the same workout benefit. I do know that everyone reacts to preworkouts differently, and do feel this would be a good option for people and would likely work well for some people but for me it does nothing but taste good. ... show more

i love the taste, kind of tastes like very sour watermelon jolly ranchers, definitely worth the price, doesn’t effect my appetite, gives me an energy boost for my workout. gonna try out new flavors next time

My son and I used this product this morning before our workout. This is the first time either of us have taken any type of supplement before working out. We headed out at 7am and about 10 minutes after drinking an 8 Oz glass of water with 1 scoop we both started feeling tingling on our ears. That tingling traveled to our scalp and turned into a light pins and needles sensation. That traveled down to our face and flooded our extremities. Then we both started feeling flush. As we walked into the gym it began to subside. Once we got into our workout, we were rolling. We both had a lot more energy and turned in a great workout. As we left the gym we both felt great. I also felt a heightened awareness which felt awesome. The only downside, besides the tingling was the mini crash about 4 hours later. Eyes felt heavy and I got very lethargic but it passed within 30 minutes. We're going to back it down to 1/2 scoop tomorrow morning to see how we react. Overall, a great experience. ... show more

It wakes you up but doesn't hit very hard without taking more than the recommended dose. But please note I have ADHD and I can drink an energy drink then go straight to sleep. Also kinda expensive for what it is compared to other options.
