If you have never used a Bubba rope and these shackles rather than a chain and metal shackle then you need too! They are so easy to use and super strong.

    • Good soft shackles, would be better with more abrasion resistance.
Light and strong. Perfect for connecting two recovery straps together, if a soft shackle breaks and goes flying it's much less likely to cause injury like a steel shackle (or worse a hook) will. Like all soft shackles you need to only use them with straps, or well rounded connections. Avoid sharp edges or it can cut through the shackle. It would be nice if these had a longer abrasion resistant covering, these only have about two inches covered. ... show more

    • Weird defects twice in a row - look carefully at what you receive..
Bought 4 of these and 1 of the 4 was faded in color and had burn marks where the shrink tag is.. so I ordered a replacement and got another that was the same defect, obvious fading of the green color and burn marks and even showed strands of the rope loose from the burn marks.. strange, definitely expect BETTER quality since you can buy 100 of the cheap ones (sarcasm) for the price of Bubba ones.. ... show more
