Relatively easy assembly. Out of the box there was one treaded insert that pulled out of the wood on the footboard. The underbed drawers are flimsy but about what I expected. Good for some sweaters and extra bedding. But note. They are held in the closed position by hanging them onto a protruding bolt. The lights are installed very well. Countersunk into the wood. I ordered this bed and the charger unit on the headboard was no good. The seller, BTHFST, was very responsive and sent us a new charger very quickly. So I would buy from them again. The drawers under the bed are a joke! It's almost better not to even use them. The wheels either break off or don't roll.
