I purchased this for my niece as a birthday gift. I wasn't sure about it since it was so affordable. However, it's stunning! Many compliments were given. One of her saucers arrived chipped. That part was upsetting but I contacted (emailed the company) and four days later a new replacement arrived! Talk about backing up your product! The media could not be loaded. I don't see anything broken just yet. Whoever packaged this was very rough. Either that or it had a very rough ride in-transit. I'm mostly just annoyed that I have Styrofoam pieces all over the place.
