Also, unlike a lot of cups, they are easily stackable so they fit in your cupboard. I bought a few for my coffee in the morning and loved the. Good insulation

Very happy with these. They feel a little fragile, so I hand wash them even though the package says they are dishwasher safe. They retain heat for a good while.

Stackable convenience!

Good product which shows off the coffee and foam nicely. I love the convenience of the stackable design. However, the double walls are not quite wide enough to insulate the liquid for a longer period of time. There is a small hole at the bottom of the cup which allows for hot air to expand, so dishwasher use is not suggested since water tends to leak into the walls.

I bought a Mr. Coffee Bistro and the double walled glass cups I had were too tall to fit for the frother. I needed 16 oz for the lattes. The cups are easy to hold, sturdy, 16 oz capability, and space saving. I did not realize how important the stackable choice would be until I got them. Since using these cups, my friends and neighbors have also bought a set. Presentation, quality and ease of use is what these cups are all about! Great purchase.

Love, but flawed

We purchased a set of four and loved the mugs. The size is great for our machine, they are light, don’t burn your hand with the double wall, and hold a good size cup of coffee. Then we noticed after some use, some condensation formed inside the double wall, so water was getting in during washing. We thought it was a fluke so we purchased another set of 4, and advising the same thing is happening. Small droplets of water are forming in between the glass walls, which will lead to mold. There is a small seal on the bottom of the mugs where the glass must be blown, so we presume that is where water is getting in. Sad as we love the mugs.

They’re a little delicate, but since we use them everyday, we’re not afraid of having to replace them for 20 bucks. We recommend tempering them with hot water before you make your coffee!

Won't Sit Flat, Blemished & Crooked

I had high hopes for these cups, but as soon as I pulled them out of the package, I knew I made a mistake. The very first cup that I pulled out had a blemish on the side that looked like a piece of raw silica or something Not supposed to be there, that's for sure. So I started looking a little closer, and there is a torch mark on the little button on the bottom of the cup. This is caused by a poor flame when sealing that hole back up. I do know why those holes are in the bottom of the cup. When they mold the inner and outer parts together, the heat expands the air and they put this hole there to release this pressure to keep from cracking the glass. That's fine, I get it. What I don't get is why they put this right at the lowest point of the cup that IS the foot of the cup, but leave it protruding up. This cup rocks when it sits and with a full cup of coffee, there is quite a bit of pressure on that one spot. And as thin and cheap as these feel, I don't trust it. And then there is the logo. i don't mind the logo. Every company has one, and I'm all about showing it off. I knew it was there when I purchased these. But it's not straight with the handle and this drives me crazy to no end. If it was off like 40º, that is one thing. But this is off just by a couple which tells me that they just toss these into a screen printer and don't really care. In fact, with what I have seen just with these cups, "they just don't care" seems to be their motto. I do hope I can eat those words one day and come back and update this review because these can be very nice mugs. But there needs to be some quality control and there definitely needs to be workers that care as much about their job as I do about my coffee. BTaT, make me eat these words and step up your game.
