The rug looked just as it was advertised and quality was great. The only thing I was disappointed in was how it was packaged and shipped to me. It was folded up in an air sealed bag. When I opened the package the rug was very wrinkled and had major creases in it. I let the rug sit open and laid flat for days with no improvement. I also tried to lay it flat with boxes on the end of the rug but nothing got the creases out. The packaging made this rug unusable. If this was packaged and shipped a different way it would be perfect.

I absolutely love this rug I only gave it 4 stars because the way it comes packaged is kind of a pain Instead of rolled its folded and shrink wrapped so there are soooany creases and folds and it definitely takes some time for them to come out. I think after a week it was officially flat. I have a toddler and 2 pups so investing in a rug had me nervous. I wanted something comfy ( I prefer to sit on the floor a lot) but I also didn't want something impossible to care for. This rug is both comfy and relatively easy to vaccum. I just adjust the suction on my vaccum and it works great. We all love this rug it's in a high traffic area of our living room and is holding up great

The rug is really soft. It’s not fluffy, nor shaggy…kinda just like..hairy I guess. Dnt really knw how to describe it. It’s nice tho if you just want an area rug for a space. Very thin and cheap. it comes folded and vacuum sealed in a bag so once you unpack it, it’s very hard to make it lay flat. I ended up giving it away and buying a different rug from a local store.

I wanted to love this rug. Maybe in an area that doesn't have alot of traffic it would be better. But I have It in my living room and one side of it looks matted,worn down because we walk there and sit on the couch I'm guessing. It is a nice looking, soft rug. Softer then you would think. But I will be replacing it.
