First of all, the good. For the price I think the quality is good and I love that there’s two. The extra freebie of the ball is also an extra bonus. Unfortunately this thing is soooo uncomfortable. The top is metal, and no matter how you bend it it never quite sits comfortably against the top of your foot. There’s extra padding, but it causes uncomfortable pressure spots. Also, it would be SUPER helpful if the strap that lifts your toe could also be fed into the area that velcros around your lower foot. Since the metal part does not sit comfortable against your foot it can shift to the side which then makes the strap ineffective. Or maybe some sort of heel stabilizer would help. I don’t know, but with the awkward metal and the two straps securing your foot and leg to the brace it can be hard to get it placed right so that it’s actually pulling your toes up. This design has a lot of potential, and I guess for the price it’s fine, but some minor alterations with strap locations could be very helpful in increasing the comfort as well as it’s effectiveness.

these are flexible to any foot size. the instructions are great, and state it is a learning process for your feet and to gradually increase the time - i wear them for about 2 hours before bed. and i love the massage ball - coming with me on my next trip!
