I really enjoy this frame. The rotating carousel of memories gives me so many moments of joy throughout the day, and the picture quality is great for the price. What really stood out, though, was the customer service when I had technical difficulties. I unplugged the frame to move it, and when I plugged it back in it wouldn't boot properly. I contacted the seller hoping for suggestions on how to do a hard reset or other troubleshooting tips. Jade from the support team was very polite and responsive. She suggested I try a few things, and asked me to film the tests so she could see what I was seeing (simple, but effective when you think about how frustrating it is when a support person talks as if you're doing something wrong when their troubleshooting tips don't work). When we ran out of things to try, Jade sent me a replacement without my even having to ask. For me, a great customer service experience more than makes up for the annoyance of a product that doesn't work as expected. ... show more

Update! I got a replacement and I really like the size and function of this. Gone are the days of uploading photos on a stick, love putting pics on it directly from my phone! Happy happy with my purchase and the amazing customer service by Jade who was responsive and helpful! I got it for my birthday in Feb. My mom bought it in Dec. Just opened and has no power cord. Wrote the company and waiting for a replacement. For how much this costs, sure hoping it is worth it and they send me one. Used another one to see if it would turn on and it worked for a sec but the connection was loose. We shall see! Will repost once I receive. ... show more

I love that people can send pictures to the frame from anywhere. She is getting so much joy out of seeing pictures both old and new. I wish that the pictures that we originally loaded had the dates pictures were taken not the day they were loaded. It was very easy to setup and she sits and watches it for hours. I like that it is so large that she can see it well and I have it set to change phots every 60 seconds which gives her plenty of time to process who is in the picture and where it was taken. ... show more

I purchased this to be able to drop photos to my grandma so she knows what the family is up to. It is simple to set up, but the functions past set up are not super well explained. It feels cheap but does what it is supposed to so I can’t complain too much. Grandma loves it!

Got this for a family member for Christmas. Went through set-up process and it would connect to the Wi-Fi but would never give me an access code or QR code to complete setup. Tried to do a factory reset but still wouldn’t work. Tried to use the app to see if that was the problem and it wouldn’t work either. Buy something else other than this piece of garbage. UPDATE: After leaving a. 1-star review, the company reached out to me to inform me that it was a server error on their end that led to the frame not working. We have tried it again and it seems to work as advertised. I am upgrading my rating to a 4-star. If it weren't for the network issues on Christmas Day and having to take back the gift that was bought for family due to thinking it didn't work, my rating may be a 5. ... show more

This was a great buy for my family. The price is good for what you get and the quality of sound and video is great. It was perfect for a very long road trip - entertaining and simple enough for my kids (6 and 8) to use by themselves. I do take the screens down and store them in my center console when not on a road trip as the cords get in the way a bit during everyday in and out of the car.
