Once I downloaded the recommended app (which was free) & created the account to go with it. The app makes it very easy to put pictures on and also gives many options to edit pictures or share with your friends/family if they have the same brand/type of digital photo frame. If they don't you could share the app and your photo frames info to it and they'll be able to upload pictures to your frame instantly!! Pictures quality is good and clear as long as thr pictures your adding are clear and not blurry than they'll show up thr same way on the frame.

As far as the larger digital frames go, this one has a nice 16.7" screen and a clean, modern frame plus a small integrated matte. You can read about all the "normal" features in the description or in other reviews. I will focus solely on details that matter to me that weren't mentioned elsewhere. My intended application was to wall mount this frame flush to the wall, but I ended up with a nice, "semi-flush" mounted finished project. For some context, I am a photographer and also an avid DIY-er, with experience in construction, electrical, and woodworking. If you're interested in a clean wall-mount installation, you'll want to read this. Here's a list of the things I didn't see elsewhere: 1. The screen is plenty bright and clear, however, the firmware lacks the ability to adjust color temperature, tint, and contrast. It only has a brightness control (that is pretty effective.) 2. The screen's color temp is too cool for me to love it. It's OK, but I must admit, I'm a bit disappointed here, although currently not enough to return it. I'd like to see a firmware update that includes these features so the user could better tune the color. By way of comparison, I have another (smaller) frame from the same company that has a more neutral color temp. 3. The design of the enclosure doesn't allow for a flush mount to the wall, without extensive work. What I mean by this is that the back is a flat rectangle in the middle, but then the plastic angles out all the way to the edge like a pyramid. It's designed to hang so that it looks like it's floating about an inch off the wall. It would be really great if this were manufactured in such a way that the "guts" of this frame, and the "picture frame" parts were separate, which would allow for more custom framing options as well as more in-wall mounting options. 4. The size of the AC adapter that is included is too large to fit inside of a standard, recessed duplex receptacle, even if it were to cover both outlets. I would have preferred it to be about 20% smaller in every direction, or better yet, a standard USB cable where I could at least use one of the 100 charging blocks I already have that would have fit. 5. The firmware has a really great feature that can shut the frame down by monitoring motion, except it only works within about 5 feet of the frame. Since this frame is larger than many, this should probably be tuned to a larger area. Even when I'm in the same room (and moving) it will shut off as if I'm not there because I'm about 8 feet away from it at my desk. Luckily, it also has a built-in timer, which gives me an acceptable "plan b" for power management and a "hands-off" approach. 6. I prefer a longer cycle time with my images to have more of a "photo on the wall" look rather than a "screen saver" look. The firmware allows multiple settings, but unfortunately, the longest setting for an image is 5 minutes. I would like to see an update that allows 10, 15, 20, 30, and 60 minute interval options.

This product, like many similar products, allows your own pictures to rotate and view on your digital frame. But, the software in theory allows others to upload to your frame if you give permission to do so. You can either upload by e-mail or the app. I recently tried both methods to put some new pictures on my girlfriend's frame and neither showed up even though I got no error message from the e-mail and the app said that I had uploaded successfully. I looked at all of the pictures I could see on the frame and did not see them. So far, they have not shown up. I guess I am going to have to upload them from her phone instead of mine and her family's. That part was disappointing. But, on the plus side, once the photos are there, this frame does a good job of displaying them and rotating them. It also has local weather and information. If I could give 4.5 instead of 4 or 5, I would.

I bought this for my mom so that we can send pictures remotely. I was disappointed that the syncing does not work well. Sometimes it takes 24 hours for the photo to appear in the frame. When I was in the same room with the device and also on Wifi, I discovered that syncing was consistent. When I went off Wifi, syncing was inconsistent. I was able to resolve (most of the time), by restarting the entire device. I also compared the available Wifi on my phone to the photo frame and I could tell the frame was not picking up all Wifi networks. The documentation for this device is very limited. The features on the device is very limited too. I may be wrong, but it seems that you couldn't mix photos and videos together in one slideshow mode. And I wanted the audio of the videos to be muted but still hear the notification sound. It seemed the audio was all-or-nothing. These are minor annoyances and could be tolerated if the syncing was working well. I will probably end up having to buy a replacement device in the future. I will definitely not buy this device again.

This was THE gift for our family one Christmas. Each grandparent and great-grandparent received one so the family could send photos instead of bogging down the grandparents phone memory space with pictures all the time. It was so easy to set up and easy for other family members to be added to be able to send pictures as well. 10/10 would recommend!

We got this for our parents for Christmas and gave the code to all the kids and grandkids. We all send pics through the app and our parents love it! Grandkids send funny pics and it’s a great conversation starter. Easy to set up and the app is easy to use!

After the original photos it’s awful to add. I don’t have them on a usb. To add you email-choosing one at a time. Then continue process on app. The screen is gorgeous A review on the app itself on the App Store says AWFUL. Wish I read that first. I spent 1 1/2 hours on it- and now I have to find another one. I’ve had a BSIMB? Frame 🖼️ bought for my mother and she died before she received it. 🥲 It lasted 3 years almost to the day. We’ve enjoyed it. I tried to buy the same thing as directed by Amazon. I’m somewhat computer literate. This beautiful frame and picture just need to update their app somehow.
