I've bought 3 of these multi arm grown lights in the last 4 years. All 3 from Amazon, all 3 worked great... the first season. Second season not so much, except this one. The first i bought 3 yrs ago. It works if you wiggle the cord just right. This one is in its 2nd season & going strong. Last years purchase is does not work. The clip works well, holds strong, & is convenient. The flexible arms are still like new. Have gotten water overstay on lights many times with no problems. I would buy it again.

I recently got the Grow Light Plant Lights for Indoor Plants with the clip-on feature, and it’s been a great addition to my indoor gardening setup. This lamp is quite nice. It is clamped onto the bed frame of our guest room. The light is bright and each arm can be facing a different direction. The timer function is nice with 3/9/12 hour options for the light to be on. It is quite bright, and even with the curtains closed it still looks like an alien abduction is happening when you look in from the street. Downsides: I wish the clamp was a bit stronger as it has a tendency to slide just a little bit depending on which way the arm faces. Once you get it set in the position you want, it tends to stay unless bumped into.

I love this thing. My plants have never been happier. I mean I can actually grow plants! They aren't dying in my window sills anymore due to lack of light. I grow mostly succulents and cactus. This light did bring my orchid back to life, so I have to say that. I haven't grown my seeds yet but I'm sure it'll do great. Thinking of getting more lights actually. Also I don't feel warmth from these. I don't think they are supposed to but I'm not sure on that. They bend in a billion ways. Not just the necks but the actual light heads too, so if you need to direct them more centrally you can. But they have a big span, each. They're bright but not obnoxiously so. You can easily have one, two or three lights on. The timer is easy to setup and it remembers your settings. So you just turn it on once and it will turn on everyday after that at the same time. If you have the 3,9,or 12hr timer on. Again, very easy. As far as a grow light goes, worth every penny. I have people ask me all the time where I got it cuz they want it too. Especially after they see my plants growing like crazy.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Piece of junk. It no longer turns on after three months on the job. Look elsewhere. UPDATE: The vendor contacted me to give a full refund. Subsequent to writing my original review, I tracked the problem down to the USB power supply that was included in the purchase, not the light itself. After purchasing a new power supply, the lights works as intended. Therefore, I'm revising my rating upward to three stars from one (I did, after all, have to buy a new USB unit).
