I'm honestly shocked. This bonsai tree is just beautiful! I bought this as a gift for my daughter and when I initially looked online, I found similar trees for $100-$300. If you find something under $50, it's most likely a seed kit or starter twig. So when I found this $30 tree on Amazon of all places, I was skeptical.     • It came broken, with the package looking fine. One month later- It is dead.
Everything was great and exactly what I hoped for- except- one major branch was split partially away from the trunk. I wired it gently back in place and used a sealant on the split as it wasn't detached from the trunk. Is there a chance it will survive and heal ? If it were a large tree I would have serious doubts but---? What should I do? It was securely packaged and repackaging it would be a nightmare. I would rate the tree as a five except for this. Absolutely perfect in every way and oh so healthy,,come wrapped and very secure from maybe shifting in shipping,, they were so kind to water the bonsai tree and fertilizer it, plus come with booklet on instructions on care of tree.

It was really nice while it lasted. Arrived looking great and was well packaged. It just didn't stay alive for very long. Perhaps I didn't care for it properly even though I tried to follow the instructions.
