Box was in perfect condition. Tree very well packaged. Was exactly as pictured on site. It’s my first bonsai so I really can’t say it’s easy to grow, but I will follow Brussels instructions and pray for the best. Everyone who has seen it has been very impressed. I love it!

Plant was received planted in a medium that was so hard water couldn’t penetrate. We contacted Amazon and was told to contact seller. We attempted to make contact with ZERO response. The tree was obviously dying so we replanted it in a slightly larger pot. The planting medium was really hard and difficult to remove from the roots. Scrape samples of the trunk indicated the tree had been dead for some time with needles falling off and browning. We sent another message to the seller and never received any response. This is a beauty. It looks very like the stock photo. It arrived looking pristine. Now, a couple weeks out, part of it has gotten crispy, which I attribute to related effect of transit shock. There isn't anything I didn't like about this beautiful bonsai. Although container is ceramic, it looks like genuine stone. Does well, even in freezing sub zero temperatures. It was well packaged and came even earlier than I expected. It was a Christmas gift for my father. He loves it.
