I feel like this company went with aesthetics versus practicality. I love this mug because sometimes I don't always want a big travel mug of tea & just want a cup that stays warm. But once you have the hot tea in it, it's very difficult to twist and remove the lid. It's hard to grip where I've had to have my husband try and he struggled with it. I lost count how many times I've pulled off the cap that keeps the liquid from pouring out. It snaps back on but I feel like I have to use that in a sense to get a grip to twist the lid off if that makes sense. But if you can bypass that, then it's a great mug and keeps tea warm for hours.

The hubs takes this to work filled with coffee and hangs it off of his bag with a carabiner and it does not leak. We have owned several. One was run over (it did leak lol). We own several sizes and love them all. Keeps drinks hot or cold. Buying replacement lids has been nearly impossible…did I mention that they get hung from a construction bag?

This one seals like a tumbler would. I fill mine to full each time i walk to office and I put it in my bag. Also, just to show off, I'd turn this upside down (closed but full) just to see the reaction on my friends. 😂 Note that this doesnt hold temperature as good as a tumbler but it definitely is better than a normal mug. I handwash these and they are very easy to clean

Con: I guess they put all the thought into the leakproof feature, with which they 1000% succeeded, but if you want hot coffee, drink it fast, hence the 3/5 rating. Pros: LOVE the designs, I got glitter merlot and pink gold- er.. rose gold whatever. The handle is not super ridiculously huge. The 16 oz fits under a Mueller, (superior Keurig). There is a non slip rubber pad at the bottom which does not separate from the cup with washings. The top screws into the bottom effortlessly- no wrestling with it- and super grips it so there's no doubt about it opening in transit to work, etc. It is a great product. They really got it right. Except for the temperature control. Brumates are not insulated like other brands, and this is the second most important feature I personally need in a travel mug. If you don't absolutely need a leakproof lid, I rely on Built brand travel mugs which can be found here: https://www.amazon.com/Double-Stainless-Insulated-Tumbler-20-Ounce/dp/B01N2B0ZN2/ref=sr_1_9?crid=3FOR5641EIDYO&keywords=built%2Btravel%2Bmug%2B20%2Boz&qid=1700487705&sprefix=Built%2Btravel%2Bmug%2Caps%2C210&sr=8-9&th=1 at home and travel. They will keep your drink at the temp you poured for at least 5/6 hours and will not leak if kept reasonably upright. If I could get a Built cup with a Brumate lid, I'd be a happy camper. And I'd probably buy twelve. Such is life.

I was hesitant to spend this much money on a coffee mug, but DANG this thing is awesome! You can hold it upside down (as long as it's properly closed) and NOTHING comes out. It keeps my coffee hot for hours, and it's super easy to clean. The rubber on the bottom keeps me from knocking it off of metal surfaces at work, and it has all my favorite colors on it! WIN-WIN-WIN

Keeps your drink drinking temperature for at least four hours, if you put the flip lid down between sips. Also, doesn’t least if lid is pushed down securely. There is a learning curve on screwing the lid on, but once you find where to start it so mouth opening is where you want it, all is accomplished! When thermal lining becomes stained, easily cleaned with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and water and leve to soak.

I love this little coffee mug. Truly leak-proof, I can lock it up and literally throw it in my bag and not have to worry about my spilling all over my bag or car. When the sipping lid is opened, it is magnetic so that the flap won’t hit you in the face while drinking. That was a fun surprise!
