I was very surprised to have a rug delivered in a pretty small Amazon box. It arrived in a vacuum sealed bag, but did open up to match the dimensions in the listing photo. I don't know how to describe it other than an oversized bath mat. It definitely does not give rug vibes. When I first opened it I thought I had been sent a blanket by mistake. I realized when I saw the backing with the non-skid dots...like a bath mat or a dog bed... that this was the rug. The material is very soft, fluffy and thick. I could maybe see using it in a children's room if you need something soft and fluffy. It's unfortunate because the color and pattern are very nice, but this is not something that I could use in our living room as intended.

I got the brown and it’s a lot lighter than anticipated. I guess the pictures show more white and beige decor so it looks darker. It’s exactly like what someone else commented, it’s huge bath mat. If you’re looking for traditional and heavy rug, this is not it. But maybe that’s better for someone like me with a smaller apartment and live upstairs :) I was pleasantly surprised with look and feel although I did want a darker brown. I wanted it less shiny/velvet texture. That’s the only reason I put 4/5 stars. Also is super easy to move around and water resistant. My pet had an accident on it and it cleaned up real good, did not soak thru. Hence it’s like a massive bathmat! Thanks !

This rug feels amazing on my bare feet. When it arrived, it was vacuum sealed & I thought no way is that the rug in that small of a box but it sure was! After taking it out, it fluffed up, no real creases, folded edges & I didn't notice any wierd smell. I love the geometric design, it's subtle and not loud. The white looks nice against the wood floor. It's extremely soft with a slight cushioned feel. It has thickness to it yet it vacuums up nicely. It does have a non-slip backing which keeps it in place. Overall, its a very nice rug, extremely soft, looks nice, good quality & value.
