Very easy hookup and integration into my home environment. Works flawlessly once it is set up and the Brother iPrint& Scan software is very user friendly. Have not used the Fax capability as I have no land line. Monochrome prints are crisp and well aligned. Scans are very good with a slight tweak of the settings. Instructions were a little cryptic but there are enough directions online to solve all my questions. Did not require tech support at anytime so far. Three months of moderately heavy use by multiple family members from their multiple gadgets with no hiccups so far, quite impressive! I would highly recommend this product for moderate home office use.

Bought this printer to replace a (fast) digital copier. Just reached my first 10.000 copies in a few weeks. Toner cartridges last indeed more or less 3000 copies. Love the duplex scanning and duplex printing which saves me a lot of time. Much faster than my other Brother (color)printers. This MFC-L2750DW is meant for B&W only. Output is good. So far no issues. Would have loved a larger paper tray than this one that contains max 250 sheets. Very happy with my Brother family.

I am very happy with my purchase because I had to replace with my old HP Office jet 5510 that I bought in 2003. My HP Officjet 5510 would freeze during scanning and I have to turn off and on several times. It is an old AIO and I am surprise it last this long till 2021. WOW that was 18 years! My Canon D480 printer that I purchased in 2009 broke in March 17, 2021. I bought this printer last December 2021 and till now Nov 2022 and it works great. The BEST part of the printer is I can scan 2 sided paper without having to flip the paper over. Oh yes by the way the toner last very long the original toner. Now I still have 40% left in the toner. From Dec 2021 to now Nov 2022 is almost 1 year and I still have toner left without even replacing it.

This is a great mono-color (black) laser printer that's fast and provides excellent print quality. It's also relatively easy to use.....once you finally get it set up. And speaking of which.. I am a technical person who has been making a living installing computer hardware and peripherals for over 30 years. Even with my considerable experience I still had difficulty setting this up. In particular, the greatest difficulty was getting the scan function to work. The list of software downloads on the brother web site isn't very clear and often contradictory. My problem was exacerbated by the fact that Brother, like so many other manufacturers nowadays, does not make it easy to reach their tech support department by phone. In typical fashion they give you a web URL in the manual to access tech support - which is fine if a) you have the time and patience to wait for someone to respond to your email or b) are willing to type out every word in a chat session with tech support and don't mind wasting your time while waiting for a response from the chat support representative who's chatting with 4 or 5 other customers all at the same time. I've long since concluded that the person who started the whole "chat with a representative" as a means of contacting customer support had to be a delusional sadist. This is NOT an efficient or customer-friendly means of communication. But it is efficient for the company because they can work some poor tech support rep to death as a result of their having to chat with multiple customers at once. Someone actually thought that this was a good idea. REALLY?!?! Someone else may think this is a good way to communicate with customers but this customer would have to disagree. So when I finally realized that I needed to TALK to someone to find out why the scan software/driver wasn't working correctly I then was faced with the arduous task of trying to find an actual telephone number to call Brother. You'd think it'd be printed somewhere in the instructions....NOPE. You'd think you'd be able to find the number readily via Google or any other search engine...DOUBLE NOPE. It took no small amount of digging on my part to finally come up with the number. And even then when I reached a tech support person he too was perplexed while trying to figure out the differences between the myriad software/driver downloads that were available for this machine. But to his credit he stuck it out with me and eventually got me to where I needed to be - having a working machine that performed all its intended functions. Like I said, it's a good machine but you'll need to have the patience of Job to navigate the unnecessarily difficult set up process. Your experience may be better (or worse) but if you've the patience to run the gamut you'll be the better for it in the end. But you may want to make sure that you have all your final affairs in order first - and a VERY comfortable chair too. Now to get the darn Bluetooth in my car to work....here we go again.
