The cambium organic is made with vulcanized natural rubber and organic cotton and offers extraordinary comfort. The surface of the cambium top moves and flows naturally with the movement of the rider for better pedaling and control. I've been a long time fan of Brooks seats and have had my eye on the C17 for some time. I purchase this recently to replace the stock seat on my All City Super Professional and couldn't be happier. The seat has absolutely zero discomfort. I'm used to my seats taking a significant break in period but this seems that it does not need one.     • Love this saddle, but it is big
Love this saddle. Have maybe 400 miles on it now and it requires NO break-in time. My first ride out my brother got on my bike and said "That's cheating". Love the flex, almost gives you some extra suspension. I may pick up a C15 to try that out, maybe. This saddle is A LOT bigger than my last ones.

I've been riding a Cambium on my touring bicycle for several years, so when it came time to choose a saddle for the new road bike my husband is building for me, there was no question that it would be another Cambium. This is the only saddle I have ever ridden that did not need a break-in period. It was totally comfortable right out of the box. I only regret that Brooks appears to have discontinued the shorter womens' size, but it doesn't make all that much difference in the ride. ... show more

I've been riding Brooks B17s for years, but I thought I would see what the fuss was all about and try a Cambium. It didn't go well. Definitely not as comfortable as the lightly broken-in B17 that has now replaced it.
