    • One problem during assembly; cabinet is poorly packaged

The cabinet is a good value for the price. It is all wood, albeit plywood, but all wood nonetheless. One bit of advice during assembly: after sliding in the two side panels into the face frame (Steps 4 and 5), you're instructed to mount the male clips to the face frame. There are two per side, totaling four. I strongly advise you to mount the two top clips only at this time. Here's why: Step 7 instructs you to "Slide the back panel into the grooves in the side panels..." If you have already mounted the two bottom clips like you were instructed, you'll need to unscrew them. Otherwise, you won't be able to slide the back panel all the way in and interlock with the bottom panel, which was installed in Step 6. Once you've got the back panel fully seated, go ahead and mount those two remaining bottom clips from Steps 4 and 5. Another bit of advice: an extra pair of hands will be quite useful during assembly to keep the panels stable. Also, it will speed up assembly so you'll have enough time to wipe off the wood glue runs and drips while they're still wet. The wood glue is not included with the kit. I managed to assemble it alone but an assistant would have been nice. Finally, the packaging of this cabinet is atrocious. My first one came damaged and I immediately ordered a replacement. I purposely didn't send the first one back yet because I fully expected the second one to be damaged, too. The packaging is that bad. I figured I could Frankenstein one good cabinet of out the parts from two damaged ones and I was right. The second one was indeed damaged but I cobbled together one good cabinet from the two. I'd allow a week extra lead time when ordering in anticipation of a damaged product during delivery. ... show more

Worthless product unless issues fixed. Picture attached shows all parts that were in the damaged box. Wood chipped and I glued and started to assemble and there are no doors. Instructions do not list inventory so I have no idea what else is missing. Really no doors. Please contact and fix this and I will change the review. ... show more

They should put more details in description. This is a good quality, fully finished, solid wood sink cabinet. For the price I expected MDF box and perhaps foil finishing. It was a great surprise! PROS: Solid construction, thick plywood or wood, doors may have prefab panel, cannot tell because they are fully finished, inside and out. It arrives very well packed, items boxed or otherwise separated to avoid scratches. Fully finished in satin (not gloss) white, including side panels that will be hidden. All hardware is installed, soft closed doors are already on. Easy to put together, instructions and materials included. I needed to complete my newly installed kitchen that has been missing this part since ordered in October. The shaker doors match mine almost seamlessly. My cabinets are a different color, will have to spray this sink cabinet to match. CONS: Delivery: It arrived on a rainy day to wrong address, I had installer already scheduled. Had to leave work, request re-delivery (it would take days) and likely cancel the already paid installer. I caught an Amazon truck by that address and asked to redeliver, but she wasn’t the one dropping it off. Amazon didn’t redeliver but refunded the purchase amount. I had to locate the huge box and get 2 people to deliver it before it got any more wet. Finishing: Strong and good quality for the most part. Once opened, I noticed two areas (top corners) with a paint defect (chipped, 2/3”) Didn’t bother me because it will be painted over. All and all I would have bought all the cabinets from this maker. Nice quality. 5 stars because Amazon made up for their mistake. ... show more
