Another Great product from Brondell. ( 1 star taken off, no memory) By memory I mean after a power failure your heated seat is not on, you must turn it back on. Not like my Brondell bidet. Everything auto back on. Not hard to add non volatile memory. (Really no back up chip for memory) someone screwed that up. I will need to visit my 1st gust bathroom to check and see if it’s on before visitors come. If this was my main bathroom, I would return it ASAP. I bought the $600 bidet from Brondell many years ago and everything still works so perfect. Absolutely great company and products. This is why I bought the lighted, heated seat as it does not only have these options it’s just a very comfortable seat to sit on. I wanted my guests to have the same experience as myself minus the bidet. It’s a great seat, light and heat. ( it’s only been 1 day 10-31-22 start so hopefully it lasts like their bidet. One more suggestion: My Brondell bidet has a motion sensor for the light, again not hard or expensive to add. The led light is going to last 5-10 years anyway. So after all that. In short I love Brondell products but this product not turning the heated seat on after a power fail is just stupid. I have a house power back up unit but I need 30 seconds for it to kick on. Surprised myself with this item I didn't think it would work as good or that I would actually like it but I was wrong I really do like this idea and it does feel good to sit down on a warm seat and I do like the light because you can actually see it night and not have to put on the bathroom light the blue light however if you don't close the door is a little bright otherwise this product is great so easy to install it's just like replacing a regular toilet seat No Mess no fuss just make sure you have the correct plug for it that is a safe plug for the bathroom area do not ever use an extension cord make sure that the plug length will reach your plug. We purchased two of these but I had to return the one because of the plug issue we would have had to have used a extension cord and that is a No-No do not do that ... show more

Fit's good looks great wish you could adjust the low temp to lower, as it a lil hot on your arse when you're in the middle of a hot flash! Or so I'm told. None of the guests have complained some are surprised they think they wet themselves.
