  • Like a magic wand for your derriere. My butt has never felt better after a poo.
Bidet Q&A: -Does it work? Yep. Like a boss. -Is the water cold? Nope, I can't even tell. -Is it better than toilet paper? Zero scraping or chafing while you power wash. -Is the pressure too high or low? Pressure controlled lever on the wand makes one-handed, detail cleaning a breeze. Low pressure from "light cleaning" all the way up to "fire hydrant enema". I stick to 1/3 power for my usual needs. -Am I pretentious for using a bidet? Pinky up! Monacle on! It's a Prius for your butt. -What are the drawbacks? Disconnecting the pipe connecting to the toilet was tricky as my apartment plumbing spigot was a little leaky, but I got everything on in under 30 minutes. Put down a towel during installation. -What tools do I need? A Phillips screwdriver and a wrench. No need to use much force putting it together. -Are there TWO pressure handles? Yep, one at the base of the toilet and one on the handle; probably to protect the hose and to save water consumption. Both need to be on to work and both are easy to use. -Does the bidet hook/holster connect under the toilet lid? Yep. Stays in place. -Favorite Harry Potter spells when using the wand? "Crucio!" "Accio poo wand!" Use your imagination. Here's where things get real. My inner-most butt chafed too much with TP after wrangling with a determined "hanger-on." After a week of painful blotting and a weird cream, I decided to try out a bidet. This one doesn't spray from the inside of the toilet. I get precision control at my fingertips which means it's really easy to clean down yonder. I dry up with a little TP and that's it. My butt has never felt more alive with vigor and health. The only things I can knock against this: 1. I'll become one of those bidet heads that, like vegans, try to convince the world to join my new point of view or else; 2. I might like the feeling of fresh jets on my bum too much and my wife gets jealous; 3. I sometimes forget to turn off the pressure throttle at the base of the toilet and the hose makes a funny sound when flushing. Enjoy your new bidet life! ... show more

  • OVER EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY
The media could not be loaded. I couldn't believe the superior quality of this bidet or the fact it was so easy to install it, I was able to do so by myself. I take care of my mother fulltime & I thought this could help me with cleaning her potty chair bucket but honestly I wasn't expecting much as the price was too good. I received it just today & I watched the recommended video & in no time had it installed & the water pressure was shocking. This over exceeded my expectations in every way, it has enough water pressure to really help clean the bucket out well. I highly recommend this product!! ... show more

  • You might need a different toilet connector
As I found out the hard way, you might need to buy a different toilet connector. If you have a straight hard plastic connector (see photos) it will not work with the bidet toilet fitting. You will need to buy a flexible toilet fitting. If your water connection is close to your toilet you’ll need a longer connector so it coils just right and doesn’t place extra tension at any end of the hose fittings. I had to buy the 20 inch connector and snake it / coil it in it’s most natural direction. If you don’t do this you’ll place too much tension at the ends of the connector and it could stress over time and break down / cause a leak. If you’re getting a leak from the biggest end of the fitting to the toilet, I highly recommend taking everything apart then tightening the toilet fitting down FIRST. I found this out the hard way as I assembled everything else first then got a huge leak from the toilet to the largest fitting. Problem solved and no leaks! Also, don’t buy a faucet connector. You’ll need a connector that says TOILET. These are two very slightly different sizes. Yep, learned this the hard way, too! But after all this learning I finally got my bidet to work and it’s magical :) I’ve wanted one for years and finally have one! I love it! Five stars! ... show more

  • I will give it 5 stars even though I thought ...
I will give it 5 stars even though I thought it would - 1 be a little larger and 2- the on/off toggle would be spring loaded for automatic turn off when released. When I reread the product description, I realised I misread and therefore had unrealistic expectations. When I used it, it worked well enough I decided to keep it anyway. Product development - you might consider adding those two features - make the sprayer head a little larger and make the sprayer toggle spring loaded for automatic on/off. ... show more

  • Best price, high quality, no complaints
Quality product for excellent price, similar items go for double or more the price. Was looking for a bidet attachment that did not have a spray nozzle like a garden hose, and this one is perfect. Looks very discrete while not in use, which is is nice because I didn't want a giant hose sprayer hanging next to the toilet. Nice stainless steel hose. Handle is plastic but is painted a nice chrome, so it matches the metal. Easy to install after a quick trip to the hardware store for a flexible toilet connector, which cost $4. Only tools needed were a wrench and Phillip's head screwdriver. No complaints at all, but will update if anything changes ... show more

  • Broke!
Today the bidet connection, a valve, just suddenly burst apart and water was spouting all over the bathroom! The floor was flooded and the walls were covered in water. When it burst open, it made a sound that just happened to catch our notice and we just happened to be home and just happened to be nearby enough to realize what had happened and to finally get to the turn-off and get the water turned off. What a HUGE MESS!! This happened just out of the blue when nobody was even in the bathroom at all and nobody had used the bidet for a couple of days. We bought TWO of these same bidets in late 2018 and now in early 2021, this bidet value/connection just spontaneously burst apart and spewed water all over the room. We were just glad that we were home when it happened and heard the noise because it could just as easily have been otherwise. Buying TWO of these bidets and removing them as dangerous means we are out over $60.00. Absolutely unacceptable quality, durability and reliability. Awful. ... show more
