I didn't have the budget for a water dispenser machine, so I settled with this item about a year ago, and WOW was it worth the buy. It doesn't require any electric button pressing or connection to a plug, so that's great. This pump is also sturdy, it doesn't break after a short time nor does it require any charging cables to work every so often. It also dispenses a lot of water per pump, so don't worry about fatiguing an arm for water. Even if I now do have the budget for a water dispensing machine, I stick with this pump because it just works so well and doesn't depend on the light power.

I tried 2 different electric pumps that were just horrible. The water came out like a trickle. Took forever to fill a 16 Oz glass. Your manual pump is fast and I love the way it seals on top of the jugs. The others just sat on top. No way to affix them to the jug. That IMO is ridiculous. I am happy with the produce and I would recommend it.

Sometimes there's a bit of water left in the spout, and it'll fall out unexpectedly. I had to wrap my carboys' necks with duct tape to thicken them enough for this to get a seal. Once or twice the bottom half of the "straw" has detached, and I've had to pour out the water into another container to get it out. Overall, I'm pleased with the thing. It gets the job done.

I had a water cooler and it broke. And they are expensive. I always had the cool feature off, because I don't need it, but needed it for the dispenser and searched for other options. This is a better option for my Poland Spring 5 gallon bottles and I will build a platform for the bottle. I highly recommend this item!

This water pump makes my life so much easier. I try tomboy to use plastic bottles since it does make so much waste and since then it’s been a big help. I’m 4 11” so trying to pour water without the pump is a bit hard for me especially when the 5 gallon chug is full. So this saves me from back pain. It’s also easy to clean, last you a very long time and easy to use. I highly recommend

One thing I have not read in the reviews is the ability to make this thing pump water at insane speeds. If you push it once, you get decent water output. However, if you push it consecutively over and over (think of how you would use a manual air pump with), you could probably empty an entire 5 gallon jug in 1 minute. Works as expected, and cheap. Good product.

It is large, but it works really well. After I found a bottle it would fit on. Most of the bottles you can buy in stores have too small a neck. I found a 5 gal. bottle made by Brio and it works with their pump - but it probably the smallest one that would work with it. The collar tighten clamp is all the way down. It is meant for the bottles that have the plastic pull top seal. Like you get from the water delivery truck. Not the ones with screw on caps so much. They say that it fits 48 and 55mm bottles, but how does a consumer measure that? I don't have a caliper. It works really well! I like that it doesn't have a battery to charge, just push on the big knob on top and water gushes out. Make sure to slow down as it gets full or it will spill over.
