i just received this product (07/21/23). i had to put every single piece together, but all the parts were there, and it took me a little over an hour. filled up the tank and turned on the pump to check for leaks. i had to tighten 2 clamps to stop some dripping, but in about 3 seconds i heard a SNAP and the wand handle started spewing water. i turned off the valve to it, and tried to start using the broadcast sprayer, and it ran ok. the motor was fine for a few seconds, then just stopped. the wire connection from the first connector to the motor is f/u. the smallest movement causes it to stop. i taped it down so it couldn't move and it ran ok. i will call their customer service monday a/m and see what they say. so far, it seems quality control is unimpressive. i will update after a resolution. update: 07/25/23 (tuesday a/m) i just got off the line with brinly rep, he was attentive and friendly, promised to send out new parts the next day, so i couldn't expect better csr service. will update if there are further issues, but for now, am very satisfied. update 08/04/23 replacement parts arrived in two days, everything seems to be fine now. this is not an exceptionally robust device but except for the hiccup initially, i am pleased with it. ... show more

The sprayer works great for my yard behind a zero turn mower. The spray is fine and very even. The only thing I would change is the spray arms that extend requires a wrench every time you use it then fold the arms back for storage. I will probable replace the nuts on the top with knobs so a tool is not required every time. This sure beats a backpack sprayer with a manual pump. I knocked off one star on "Easy to Use" rating because it is a hassle to go get a wrench every time I want to use the sprayer. Overall a good value for the price ... show more

Our shipment was sent to the wrong address and by the time it got to us the box was both crushed and open. We were missing parts but waited to get it it so we made do. Once put together it worked awesome except since we were missing 2 of the hoses we had to cut the larger hose down which is inconvenient. If it wouldn’t have been for the shipping problem it is an excellent product. ... show more

The sheer number of parts is intimidating but the directions are very clear and if you take the time to organize the parts before you start, assembly is easy. The rear spray arms need to fold in to get in and out of small spaces but another mechanism to hold them out and in place while spraying would be an improvement.     • Good, but one small issue

Works as it should, plenty of pressure and not much issue spraying 2,4-d. Only issue is the lock nuts that should hold the boom arms out. I had to stop twice to tighten the nuts back up as the arms would swing back to the tank after a while. Would be better if a locking pin held them in place.
