This arrived today and is everything as promised in the ad on amazon. It was carefully packed in abox, all secured, corners protected then put into another box. It arrived in perfect condtion. I had the delivery person wait while we opened it just in case. This is just beautiful and worth every penny I paid for it. I am extremely pleased. During the time I waited for it to be delivered I reached out to the company shipping it to me with a question and actually got a very nice answer within a few hours. We really like the TV stand! The fireplace feature is ok, would have loved the option for a little higher end look to it, but it works. Heat output not real strong, have to stand pretty close to it before you can feel it. The only major downside to this was the way it was delivered. FedEx delivery fine, but dropped it on our patio and we had to call friends to help us get it in the house. Large piece and very heavy...which is good from the standpoint of lasting a long time, but not so good for elderly folks to get it in the house. The manufacturing of the piece is quite good, though, and we love the look of it. ... show more

And actually it was better than I expected. Very solid and I didn’t have to put anything together. My one complaint was that the directions were hidden inside the fireplace and so we weren’t sure what to do at first. But it all worked out and was easy-peasy.
