I haven’t used it yet, but just the customer service level is unmatched. I bought the machine on sale excited bc I could finally afford it with the sale. Once it got to my door I opened it immediately to realize that the water tank and lid had broken in shipment. I was bummed thinking I’d have to buy a brand new tank for this machine and just the tank alone was about $50 plus the lid. I reached out to breville (since it says contact them NOT the store you bought it from) and gave it a go. My work hours overlap with their operation hours so I left a voicemail and put in a chat request, provided pictures, my order number from the store, etc. We played phone tag, but I eventually got spare time during the day to call. I couldn’t finish the call, but had provided them my case number. They tried calling back and I couldn’t answer. They still honored my purchase and shipped me the parts without me on the phone free of charge. I’m waiting for my new tank and lid to come in a few days. I’m happy I got a deal, but the customer service itself makes it completely worth the price. I appreciate the relatively painless process of reaching out to them. I’ll try to remember to update once I use it!

We like the Bambino Plus espresso machine because of its simplicity. It makes a decent cup of espresso for the cost. One thing to be aware of is, because it is a relatively inexpensive machine, durability isn’t that of a high end expensive machine. This the third Bambino we’ve had in 5 years, but given that we make 3 to 5 espresso’s each day it probably will last appropriately.

Still trying to figure out how to make a good espresso but I don’t think I can blame the machine. It’s very cute, I like that it feels sturdy, and I love the look of it! It was super easy to use, it cleans up well… now if I can figure out the grind and how to tamp it I will be set

Fantastic product. Wife has been using it daily for just about a year now. Coffee is absolutely superior compared to any French press, Keurig, or drip coffee. Been using it with drinking water you buy at the grocery store in gallon size without any issue or buildup. Great for anyone looking to have a espresso machine without the frills and complication. Small size.

We purchased this espresso machine on May 31 this year after our Breville Barista pro we purchased finally died after 12 years (we took very good care of it!). We are big coffee and espresso drinkers and enjoy a quality cup! We purchased a separate matching burr grinder from Breville instead of an all in one machine. My biggest issue is that the machine has now completely stopped working. We are past the Amazon return window so that’s a massive chunk of lost money for us. The issues started when the milk wand started acting up (and it was never great - it’s super messy and splatters everywhere during the cleanup phase of steaming). We clean the wand well after every use. The wand started acting like it was still in the steam phase and we would have to force restart it. Then I would turn on the machine and the steam wand would immediately go to the clean mode. After a week of these glitches it’s now not even making espresso, it won’t do anything. It powers on but only the steam lights are on and the buttons won’t do anything. I’m really bummed because we are not only out of $300 but we were die hard Breville fans and now I am not able to support this company any longer. I’m hoping to maybe contact Breville but I’ve heard mixed things about their support. I will update here if I have a positive outcome from that effort. Summary: machine quit after 3 months, milk steamer is terrible in general, espresso quality was sub par.

Brew speed is fast, the milk brother works really well, getting the milk hot and airy quickly. I got the navy blue which adds a pop of color to my black and mostly white kitchen. The size is compact, it’s simple to use, and I can’t say whether it’s a good value for the money because I don’t have much experience with espresso machines.
