Been using consistently for a month now, no noticeable defects on anything included. The nice part of these being shorter than other bands and coming with the foot straps is is takes the guess work out of stretching the bands with your stance top get the correct resistance. Also allows for different exercises without the bands shifting under your feet. Main note is for the bench press pad, if you don't pull the excess nylon cover to the outside the bands before you use it the pad will start to bunch up when the nylon begins to contract and grabs hold of it. ... show more

I like the individual parts. Makes a home gym possible and portable. I'm not too crazy about the straps on a door, they move too much and restrict exercises to a door with space on both left and right sides.

It’s super easy to set up. Once you understand how to use each piece and get it going it is super easy to use especially with Al the extra straps and stuff they give you. The bar and some of the grips are nice choices to use for different workouts or physical therapy stuff for injuries. The door portion is made of cloth with a ratchet type of synching and it has lots of loops to use for different muscle groups. The only drawback is it starts to loosen with the tightening mechanism. You can easily pay $20 for one mediocre door anchor strap. Here, for just north of $40 you get two of superb quality and so much more. Add six of the strongest, best constructed resistance bands (all 33 lbs) on the planet, a versatile bar, foot and ankle straps, handles and a storage bag, and you have a bargain. Two straps on the door makes absolute sense - you can then easily alternate working each side of your body with equal resistance, and perform true cross maneuvers. The quality of the components in this package are so outstanding that it doesn't matter if you don't use all of them. Using the bar on the door makes too much noise, and if you have a weight bench, using dumbbells or an actual barbell with weights is better. ... show more

As a kid I used to have rubber band wars at school. Doing that I remember when a band broke and how bad it hurt. As much as I try to overcome that memory as an adult I just can’t stop thinking about what if this band breaks 😲 Anyways, this has everything you need to do all your basic workouts for arms, legs, back, etc. it seems to be well made and will give you a rather simplistic approach to taking your gum with you as it packs up nicely. Note from my experience is be careful using on white doors. I had it swing free and caused scuff marks. In other words, I wouldn’t suggest just keeping it set up on door. If you don’t have that fear of it breaking, which it really shouldn’t because it’s well made, then I recommend to you for its versatility and ability to work most muscle groups. 👍 ... show more

This has quite a bit of versatility to it for various exercises. The booklet it comes with is helpful. This isn't and end all be all set but I've found it to be a great, compact addition to home workouts where space and storage is limited. Some of the exercises work better than others in that height will impact whether this works as well for you. Feels like anyone shorter or taller than average might have less effective workouts with certain functions. The two different length in straps does help. Also, I found the bench press function uncomfortable. It needs more padding but a folded towel resolved the problem.
