What a wonderful company, great customer service!! --------------- ORIGINAL REVIEW: Before I purchased this, I kept reading in the reviews that people were having trouble getting the strap tight around the door. I wasn't quite able to picture what the issue was, but I can confirm it, now. The clip part may be tight, but there is just no amount of tugging you can do to feel the strap is properly secure. When you pull on the bands, the strap lifts a good 4 inches away from the door, with it. Also important to note: If you're using this on a hollow-core door as I am, I really wouldn't use more than the 20 pound band. The door starts to flex and creak. I bought this for workouts but instead a family member is using it for light physical therapy for arm issues. I don't want to risk snapping the door in my face, thanks. ... show more

This is a good addition to my home gym. I have free weights, a weight bench with leg extension and have another heavy band with handles already hanging from a collar tie, so I use this only for chest rows and tricep pushdowns. My previous set up for those really put a lot of pressure on my door, so this strap resolved that problem nicely. Even with the strap tight, it pulls pretty far away from the door, but that does not in any way hamper its use--I'm glad I was warned in the instructions. But they need to either ship 2 sets of handles or have them available for sale. (I did see another set on Amazon which ships with two sets of handles, but I cannot find anyplace to buy an extra set of handles.) This provided more than I needed, but it was still worth the price. I don't know that I would have paid substantially more for the set that came with 2 handles. ... show more

I got these to help aid with some PT exercises and recovery while at home and between sessions. What I did not know is how easy they were to use/change out and how well they actually worked my arms and quads in addition to healing my body from my injury. I love that I can take it down and hide it easily if I need to and it does not take up a lot of space. I would highly recommend trying the resistance bands before purchasing a weight set or larger item if you aren't sure what you want or need to suit your lifestyle. ... show more

This was easy to instal. My door stays closed, and the band attached to the door takes the slack when pulling the resistant bands. (The holder for this doesn’t come with it.) all the accessories for this are worth the little extra this one was. The clips work well and havnt had any problems.

Took a minute to figure out the best way to install on the door. Very functional and easy to switch after adding a caribiner to switch ring locations for differente exercises. Makes it much easier to get a workout in when time is limited.

I have gone through aboit a dozen of the wedge style door anchors and they always had a couple issues such as trying to pull more vertically they would often slide up or down. This solves that problem and without any damage to a wall or door with installing.
