The information was sent to me in exchange for a review. I will admit i had to skim through quite a few pages. I have read info and listened to many coaches regarding muscles and exercises. The information seemed to all be there along with guides to the exercises that will be most beneficial for the goal. Unfortunately i don’t have the interest in a bigger bootie so i didn’t fully execute or follow the guides. If you really want to develop these muscles it could give you a baseline to get started. ... show more
