Homemade bread was a staple in my mother's kitchen, yet it wasn't something I typically do. Being able to manage the ingredients and save money by baking my own bread motivated me to begin making my own at home. My ability to create excellent bread will be greatly aided by this bread-making set. A bench scraper, a bread lame tool, and a set of five bread lame blades are all included in the box. You may prepare breads restaurant style in your own kitchen with the help of these instruments. The bench knife works well for cutting, the scrapper works well for separating dough, and the whisk is wonderful for mixing heavy bread dough and batter. With stainless steel construction, wooden handles, and no harsh edges, this set of tools is built to last.

I'm loving these bread making accessories. I got a bread maker for Christmas and these tools make parts of the process much easier. I'm impressed with the quality and sturdiness of them. They feel and perform like they're built to last. The stainless steel is thicker, so it doesn't bend easily, and high quality, which will keep it from rusting or breaking. The wooden handles are made from solid beechwood and very well manufactured, smooth and sealed for safety. There are no rough edges that will catch on your towels or give you a splinter. They're also well attached to the heads of the tools with no wobbling. I've never used a Danish dough whisk before. I was surprised at how well it worked. While it looks odd, it makes the job easier and performs much better than a regular whisk or wooden spoon. You can also use it to make cupcakes, pancakes, waffles, etc. My favorite thing is that the open hook design makes it super easy to clean, unlike a regular whisk. The bread lame is so much fun to use. You can make all kinds of cuts in the dough with it. It comes with 10 blades and a blade cover, which is nice. The metal scraper works great when I'm making buns and need to cut the dough. It's also very handy during clean-up. I'm thrilled with the quality and functionality of this set and would definitely recommend it!

I honestly couldn’t wait to use these tools! I’m excited to learn how to make sour dough breast. I love making the white/wheat bread and this tool pictures is really handy because k make 4 loaves of bread at a time! I can cut four symmetric pieces to form into loaves!

I wasn’t sure what the dough whisk would be like like and I was pleasantly surprised at not only the quality but also the size! Totally worth getting if you are mixing any type of bread. Very easy to just rinse off. Mixes the dough very well. Bonus for the other two pieces!

The dough wisk has a nicely finished smooth handle with sturdy, a tight fitting fastener. I feel there are better lames than this one. It's great that it has extra blades and a leather cover, but it feels kinda flimsy.
