They're not that great. I had high expectations because of all the positive reviews, but this supplement does not do what it claims. I don't have problems focusing but I need something to help me stay awake throughout the day. Taking these pills as suggested will only give you moderate energy for approximately 5 hours. I've also experienced the caffeine jitters (the entire reason I cut down on actual coffee). Between 2-4 pm you will definitely feel the urge to take a long nap, which is exactly what I try to avoid as a college student. Unfortunately, I brought two packs thinking they would be the ideal nootropic for me. I will say that compared to other nootropics this brand gives you more for your money. While taking these supplements, I've also noticed that I have to go to the bathroom more often.
So I've tried stacking nootropics individually and most of the time ended up with a severe headache. I've been using Brainergy for 2 years but they were out of stock so I was forced to look for other manufacturers. This came up in my search and it was on special so I thought I got nothing to lose. I'm so glad I gave this product a shot because it's amazing! It has all the nootropics you could ask for plus natural caffeine, taurine and ginseng which in my opinion give this blend an edge over its competition. Caffeine is used as the vehicle for the nootropics and I feel like taurine enhances your inhibitors which gives this product a very long half-life. This blend allows you to feel the effects within an hour or two of consumption and I feel the energy until early evening with no crash and no side effects. For the price and the quality it's a no brainer.
I am going to take USMLE step 2 CK exam, and I wish this so-called amazing pill to enhance my memory, but unfortunately this pill turns out to offer no help to my memory at all after using for 2 weeks. The only thing that it changed me is that I can't sleep well. Even worse, those days I used the pills I sometimes become confused with my memorized knowledge. In the end I stopped this supplement and shifted to Vitamin B which seems helpful. Wish other potential buyers not expect much.
For the most part I was a bit skeptical. I work ten hours shift and tend to my woman and my child. Don't know if it's all mental but I feel more focus and more able to make better decisions and handle life's little struggles with having to make many decisions a bit more comfortable. I normally like to take the labpro caffeine and l-theanine, but this has so far proven to be helpful when needing to be alert focused awake. Day 4 so far and no complaints yet. Me and my brain thank you.lol
It wasn't until Day Three that I could tell a difference, but now my mental energy levels are up and I am able to focus and use memory as I could ten years ago. It really works!
I have been using this product for almost a full month and love it! I have noticed that there is a noticeable difference in effect when I take it in the morning vs. at night and it seems to make my whole day smoother when taken in the A.M. It is comparable to many other Nootropics like Alpha Brain but I feel has its own feeling that cannot be found in other supplements. On my third month of taking 1 capsule (half the recommended dose) every morning. I quit coffee and have never felt so clear headed. Even during my cycle--I usually have a really hard time keeping my thoughts straight when my hormones are scrambling my brain, but since taking this, it's like the brain fog has lifted. I'm also a severe chronic migraine sufferer. The diath piercing provided a full 2 years of relief but then "wore off" for lack of a better way to word it. I now take MigRelief and NeuroForce every morning and have yet to have a migraine headache. I've had a couple incidents with aura, but no pain. That's a major win in my book!
I’ve been using this for about a week now and have to say that it’s improved my focus, like it says it will. I haven’t been having the “after lunch crash” effect that I normally do after lunch, and have been able to keep up with the day-to-day a little bit better. The first day I tried these, I actually did see improvement in my drive. Is it a miracle? No, nothing is. However, it’s been much easier to stay on task. I suffer from pretty bad insomnia, so I get a little fuzzy at certain times of the day. These supplements help me plow through without forgetting what I was doing or what needed to be done. That’s all that I wanted from these. Maybe I will try the sleep aide next!
