Oh My God, this universal sex Brace tightened up my lower back like a wooden board. I am stiff as a board in my lower back area and it feels amazing. It feels like a 2x6 wooden board had been used as a splint. Provides relief and feels amazing. I have a plus size frame, without any shame in my game. Thin my be in, but fat is where it is at. Anyway, I ordered mine with hopes it would be large enough to fit. It does, with way too much belt left over, once fastened. I could have gotten a 2x in this Brace Brand, and it would have been absolutely perfect, for me, personally. A benefit though it that the 3x provides and allows options on how loose you want it to be, dependent upon your back discomfort on various days. So this product is fine without returning it. Nevertheless, the 2x would have been an even more perfect size, because the fastening straps could have been tightened even further before losing the velcro fasteners that secure the belt in position. The 3x velco fastener straps, for me, minimize tightening of the brace because the velcro fasteners become non existent if they are pulled to tightly, before securing it in place with the velcro fasteners. The 3x is a little too big for me personally. I would love to order this again in 2x, but I cannot find one of this Brand in a 2x size. It snaps and locks everything in my lower torso area back together again. Amazing! Humpty Dumpty found something that all the Kings Horses, and that all the Kings Men could not do to put him back together again. I love it. Thank you JESUS.

I have wider hips and the fit is great for the most part. The only issue I have with it is that it rides up. Other than that it performs very well. It's a good price for a back brace and it helped with my back pain greatly.

I've tried to wear this a few times but I don't know yet if I'm putting on correctly or what. It takes a little of the pain away, but the pain is still there. It also slips up when I move, and I keep having to pull it down, so I don't know if I'm using it right.

This brace is the best I've found for the money. Its strong, supportive and adjusts easily. As others have stated, it does ride up a bit on top when you are sitting, but I think that happens mostly when you have a large lower abdomen pushing it up onto a smaller waist which is honestly unavoidable. I have found positioning the device lower on my abdomen helps with this. I tried it underneath clothes and I was pleased to see its not really noticeable. Velcro is strong but easy to reposition. Quality materials.

Im 5'2 roughly 245 ish lbs and this fit great with some room to spare. When I had it on, I wasn't sure it was doing much. However, as soon as I took it off I could tell a huge difference. Its really great to wear when walking longer distances or on days I know I'm going to be standing for long periods. I've had it for months now and the velcro still works great and the band itself is still stretchy.

I bought several other back braces but sent them all back. This one helps when I do yard work etc although all the Velcro strips sometimes get attached to each other while putting on. Works so well I can’t lean over when I have it on
