I bought this as kind of a gag to decorate my guest bedroom for when my sister visits. Someone had wisely suggested that you lay it out on the bed prior to installing (thank you Amazon reviewers!) However, in my impatience, I still got it installed incorrectly as you can see in the picture. It looks good enough for a gag, so I'll probably just leave it, but if I were going to leave it up long term I would install it correctly. A word to the wise - the sticker hooks that come with it are VERY sticky. I went to pull one away from the ceiling and the ceiling started peeling. No big deal to me because I plan to repaint very soon, but you'll want to know this if you are installing this as a temporary item. Overall, it's fun and cute. ... show more

I haven’t put the lights up yet, They are battery powered so make sure you have some around! I had to use the sticky hooks, I do not believe they will last long because I have popcorn ceilings but okay for now.. it’s just a little too small for a queen but could have just hung it up wrong… I recommend finding all the loops putting them on a door handle or something and tying the ends, putting the lights through then hanging up ... show more
