I like how large this is. Helps keep my back straight when I do daunting tasks for long periods of time. The additional adjustable straps help a great deal. I find I may not need to pull them as tight day to day. I lost weight and needed to buy this as a second. I would buy again if I need to!

I love this back brace. Instead of holding me up it reminds me to sit and stand straight. Perfect your posture before putting it on. If I slouch the front stops me (then gives, if I insist). If I try to touch my back to the other side, my posture corrects.

I really wanted to start providing some support to my back, as I am a senior and have been blessed with a good back. However, now that I am retired, I find myself constantly doing landscaping around my house and am constantly bending, lifting or straining my back. So I decided to get this to help protect it. So, considering the price of the more elaborate braces in stores or even on Amazon, I thought it was worth a try. As it turns out, for my purposes, this is excellent. It's well made, fairly strong and supportive, and is easy to put on and tighten. In fact, I like it enough that I bought a second one so I could rotate my use. Would it help enough if I had a bad back and was in pain? Honestly, I couldn't say. But, for my purposes - and for the price - this is perfect! ... show more
