Features

  • To Choose Your Size - View our sizing chart, the second image above. The plantar fasciitis night splint stretcher can be worn on your right or left foot.
  • New and Improved - We redesigned our plantar fasciitis sock. Now featuring medical-grade materials, a wider toe box, a longer ankle strap for a secure fit, and a more effective toe stretching strap to accelerate your healing process.
  • Alleviates Heel Pain - Overtime, this dorsiflexion sock helps relieve foot and heel pain associated with plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, heel spurs, and tendon arch pain, unlike inserts and insoles, which only provide temporary relief.
  • For Nighttime Use - Wear this plantar fasciitis support while sleeping to improve daytime mobility. An adjustable strap pulls back on your toes, providing a deep, therapeutic stretch to your plantar fascia, allowing the connective tissue to heal properly overnight.
  • Low-Profile Brace - Getting used to sleeping with your foot in dorsiflexion will take some time, however, this lightweight night splint sock for plantar fasciitis therapy is likely easier to get used to than sleeping with a rigid plantar fasciitis boot.

  • Thanks for little wins!
Size: Medium
I picked up the BraceAbility Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint Sock to deal with that sharp heel pain first thing in the morning, and it honestly works better than I expected. It keeps your foot in a steady stretch without cranking it too far back, the inside is soft, and the strap doesn’t slide around while you sleep. Most night splints feel bulky or annoying, but this one is easy to forget about once you’re settled in. During the day I’m in my Brooks Glycerins with my Alo leggings and the matching long-sleeve hooded top, and that combo plus this splint has made a real difference. The Glycerins give me the cushion I need, the Alo set moves well and keeps me comfortable, and the splint handles the overnight part of the problem. I’m not limping to the coffee pot anymore, which says it all. If your plantar fascia or Achilles tendon has been giving you trouble, this little sock is worth the try. I’d buy it again. ... show more

  • Works, but comes with comfort issues
Size: Medium
I experienced almost instant relief the first couple of times I wore this product. However, over time, I began noticing a few recurring issues: Heat discomfort: The sock feels quite hot after a while. On some nights, I actually start sweating inside it. I’m even considering making small holes to help with ventilation. Big-toe discomfort: My big toe sometimes feels like it’s being pulled upward unnaturally, leading to tenderness or mild numbness after a few hours. It’s possible the harness shifts during sleep or that I’m not strapping it correctly, but it’s definitely uncomfortable. Because of these issues, I often wake up in the middle of the night and end up taking it off, which defeats the purpose of wearing it overnight. Overall, I’d give it three stars. It does provide relief and seems to work as intended initially, but it could really benefit from a better design for airflow and rigidity to achieve consistent comfort and results. ... show more

  • Changed my perspective on this brace.
Size: Medium
Plantar Fasciitis is exhausting. Spare you all the things I tried the last few months while the pain, irritability, and weight increase. I only have in one foot and it’s from heel through arch. My heel feels like I have a nail through it…as does my arch after being on my foot long. I’m limping and walking 10 yards. I think I got it from some Teva sandals that were helping my bunions but when I reordered same Tevas, one of them seemed irregular in arch. The good news is the plantar fasciitis was so bad for so long, even with all the stretching routines and research, that my bunions are not a factor at all because I CANT WALK! At first, I was disappointed, in this sock, feeling I ordered the wrong size ( WAY TOO Big) and not sure I wanted to get involved w another size or bothering to return, I’m am 8 1/2 W womens and ordered a medium. It was huge. I tried to rig it to work better lots of ways. Sigh. I had a little success, nothing major, and not sure I could duplicate anything I’d done consistently. THEN ( drum roll): 1) I used big fat wool socks I had on anyway because it was freezing. This helped take up excess space. 2) I increased flexion, while still benefiting from the toe stretch by Cutting a long ( ?4 + plus inches )wedge from a foam pool noodle. The object was to increase Doris flexion by raising my toes more. I placed tall end of the wedge under my toes and the skinny end toward my arch creating more of a “ negative heel” like an original earth shoe concept. 3)I placed the foam wedge between my wool sock and this sock ( to be perfectly clear) and pushing in around until I got it exactly where it needed to be. 4) I walked around home in it all evening..for hours, cooking etc. I also left it on for a couple hours while reclining in bed. It relieved all the discomfort and helped so much the next day as well. I was able to walk a half mile outside the next day. This is still new to me, but I’ve gone from appreciating the design concept, but feeling it needed serious tweaking to be helpful to really benefiting from it a lot. Obviously, I am not using it exactly as intended, but as I’m using it, I appreciate that it’s a soft material that provided me the flexibility I needed to tweak it myself. Surprisingly, This product has turned into quite a good value for me…actually a great value. I might cancel my podiatry appt next week . Jury is still out on the latter. Whatever you do to try to mend your PF, Godspeed! Life is just already challenging without stuff like PLantar Fasciitis! ... show more

  • Worthless
Size: Medium
Pros: Great idea, but poorly designed and implemented Appears to be well constructed in terms of stitching and material Cons: Bad implementation Bad sizing Won’t stay on your foot Obviously not tested I did reach out to the seller/manufacturer first. Their response was basically “meh”. First of all it doesn’t fit. The sock part that your foot goes into is fine but the ankle strap is way too long. For a “medium” the minimum ankle circumference the strap will fit is 10 inches and my ankle at that point is 9 inches. So when I put it on I cannot get the ankle strap snug enough to hold the sock properly on my foot. The sizing chart indicates the largest ankle size that the strap will fit, but not the smallest. Second issue is the tension strap; the strap that pulls on your toe; which again is way too long relative to the sock. Even using the strap in the “extra tension” mode the strap still attached at the end of the Velcro. Then there is the sock itself. The inside is the same ultra-smooth nylon as the outside. There is nothing to keep the sock from sliding off your foot. Pulling in the tension strap pulls on the toe of the sock which pulls the entire sock off your foot; IF you pull on the strap to the point it is applying tension; but at that point there is no way to attach the strap. I’m quite sure this would not stay on a person’s foot through a night of sleep and one wouldn’t get a good nights sleep because they would be waking up throughout the night to put it back on. Maybe a size “Small” would work better for me, I don’t know, but as I said the manufacture was really not helpful. I was really hopeful about this product, but it is horribly designed and the manufacturer is no help about what to do. Maybe the factory simply didn’t grasp what the designer was trying to accomplish. Either way I’ll look elsewhere. ... show more
