I ordered a larger size thinking it would be better to be a little big than too small. I ordered a 3X and I should have ordered a 2X. Reordered but a little bit different back brace with a pully type to pull the side strips tighter.

Sizes are not true to form. My waist is 25 and Sm was more of an extra small. Would not wrap around to meet. Hight I feel should be longer/wider as to cover the hip for more support of the sciatic nerve. It's narrow to where it will roll over. It should support you to help prevent you from bending incorrectly. This is just an average belt.

Not the best for real support. It says comfortable to for sitting and standing, but it bunches up when I sit or bend over. It's gotta be on just right or it either hurts or doesn't support enough. It's temporary until I lose the weight I need to fit a better one

The belt was too wide for my torso. It fit in me from my hips to under my breast. Just to uncomfortable when I sat down because there was a gap at the top.

Overall brace is very good with quality materials/workmanship. Using with ice gives great relief. The ice pack sold with the brace (to fit in the back pocket ) is great- but It doesn't quite fit in the pocket- so the velcro flap meant to secure it can't be used and you have to be careful the pack doesn't fall out. The ice pack covers a big area but is thin so it melts faster than I'd like. If you use ice, recommend you buy two packs. The small booster pad sold separately is thin and slides around in the aforementioned back pocket- so I find it useless. Suggest maker reduce width of ice pack by 3/4" and make it 1/2" thicker to last longer. Then it'd be a strong FIVE.
